Then I received an email and I even received a follow up phone call to ensure proper delivery. They are very thorough and very quick. I had ordered a slip n slide to be delivered same day for 1pm. After 1:20 came around I finally called to check on my rental and I waited on hold for 45 minutes after finally giving up and just leaving a message. I finally received a call around 4:30 with an apology and an explanation that their phones weren't working and that they hadn't received my order until later in the day. They asked if I would still like the slip n slide delivered but at that point it was already almost 5pm and I didn't see the point since it would be dark soon and I had already bought something for all the kids to play on. They gave me a full refund and said the next time I called in for a rental that they would comp it so that was nice. I was referred to this company from a friend who had used them before. I had called other companies who didn't answer the phone nor did they return my call. Jolly jumps answered immediately and the girls were helpful and knowledgeable. I initially reserved a larger bouncer and decided to down-size the week of the party. I was able to do so no problem! The girls helped me select a smaller bouncer, which saved me money AND they helped me pick out the new bouncer just for toddlers. The junior castle was perfect for my daughter's second birthday! All the little ones (2 and younger) had an absolute blast. We had crawlers up to very energetic runners. Some of our little guests were a but timid to be in the bouncer since it was their first time but the parents were able to go in and sit in there too. Our most timid one year went from a nervous o e year old to a laughing and bouncing girl just because her mom was in there with her. She cried and screamed when it was time to go. The bouncer is a new bouncer and was in excellent condition. The driver who dropped it off was very polite and answered all my questions. Set up the bouncer and table and chairs I rented quickly. In addition, the day of the party my pick time was supposed to be Half-an-hour after the party was scheduled to end; however, several of my guests were severely late which was going to cause the party to run over. I called after hours and was able to be transferred to Josh. He was extremely helpful and understanding of my dilemma. He readily scheduled a later pick up time no questions asked. We were able to finish our party and not have to interrupt festivities or rush people out. I cannot express how grateful and appreciative I am of this company.
