The staff are super nice, helpful and they get my sense of humor! The other day I made a booboo while checking out and they were calm and pleasant when they had to re-ring up my whole stack of quarter yards - no eye rolling, just a deep breath and a wide smile. I was "having a day" and they couldn't have been more helpful. My latest find is their skeins of Queensland cotton worsted - the colors make my potholders sing and it has a great hand feel. For example, there may be a really cute pattern in blue and green but you won't find the same pattern in any other colors. I find I can't source the majority of a quilt here. I do like that I can see solid colors in person, this is really helpful. Price per yard on all quilting fabrics is excellent. Ability to find novelty fabrics is good. Overall I find I don't do as well here as I used to do when they were in Framingham. Quilting tool selection is also limited.

UPDATE After…read morecustomer service reached out saying they would "help" with the three failed plants purchased from this company - and requested pics of the plants - they contacted us back and AGAIN said, no warranty and nothing they can do - BUYERS BEWARE ORIGINAL REVIEW Customer service when purchasing our plants was great! Super helpful as we drove around their land locating our laundry list of plants for a yard renovation. After we got home, installed extensive irrigation and professionally installed our plants, 2 of the same plants dies almost immediately. We contacted Cavicchio for a replacement for these (through our contractor) - since we had spent almost $5,000 on plants (prob 60 plants or so) we thought this would be a fair ask since they had died immediately. We found out there was no guarantee and no replacement available - we could REPURCHASE the plants that died but that was all. I would expect more based on the size of the total purchase and the fact that they died in a matter of days / 1 week after install. Just a heads up for future purchasers that if you buy plants and they immediately die, you are out of luck.

Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!

Checkout was okay, but no place to eat except for about six tables directly across from the registers. No privacy wall, nothing. I was about 10-25 steps from the bagging area of a register. I think they don't want you to eat in here. Not like WF in the South End or in Bellingham. Odd parking lot and entrance as well. Entered from a side entrance and drive around store to parking lot. Probably not go here again. Place was okay, but not very customer friendly.
