The paint holds it color well and if you have to do touchups the paint blends perfectly. When I have questions or a project I want to tackle, I have found the C&T people so helpful. Mike is my guy at C&T - he knows what he is doing and has never steered me wrong.

On a recent Saturday I visited National Lumber in Newton to inquire about replacement TimberTech…read moredecking. I was politely directed to the rear of the store where two employees assisted me immediately, listening attentively to my need for two boards and my uncertainty about color and type. I had my contractor's invoice from 2020 which turned out to be for the pressure treated wood for the new deck built then. LP and Izzy together were able to go to my contractor's page, find the specs about the TimberTech used, and refresh my memory about the color. They gave me a sample board and a TimberTech Source Book, encouraging me to call the company about the strange bleached-out stain on my deck. They also quoted me the cost of two replacement boards for my handyman to purchase for the repair. Problem solved. LP and Izzy were friendly, personable and eager to be of help... and at the end of a long Saturday. So, please add this review to counter some of the really negative ones I read on this website.

They don't seem to be charmers by any means and if you're not assertive, I can visualize them getting lost in a conversation about a supermodel while a line backs up at the register (not that paint stores get many backups). Overall Benjamin Moore paint is excellent and my painters applied it beautifully to our house. People that walk by really like the colors and a recent unsolicited offer for my house based on the curb appeal (they didn't see the inside) is another testament to the look of a well done Benjamin Moore paint job. Counter staff helped direct me downstairs. The guy (Carrie?) was super helpful, and cut a light chain to size and attached a magnetic two sided key ring to hold together. He was great, particularly as I had lost my voice and it was clearly an unusual request. All for less than $10, they quickly saved the day, allowing the kilt to make its way to Gilette Stadium and Fenway Park. Thank you all

After 20 minutes my phone rings unexpectedly and it is the same representative calling me back to tell me exactly what I needed to get! Recommended the brand, the store I should get it from etc. I have never seen anything like this before. He knew I wouldn't be spending money in their store, but STILL took the time to research and then call back to help me out... this is what exceptional customer service looks like! I ended up using the recommended product and it was a wonderful choice. I had to call back and thank them for it and the least I could do is to leave this review for everyone else to know the level of customer support that you get from this place. Highly recommended to say the least!
