He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, funny and knows how to push you and encourage you right when you need it. He has tailored my workout to meet my specific goals. There are several racquetball rooms, a gym for basketball and a huge room with mirrors for exercise classes. See app for class schedule. Most clientele are nice with good gym etiquette.. but a few too many that bare loud and obnoxious and sit on machines talking texting and whatever else on their phones.

The hot tub does not appear to be cleaned regularly which is disappointing because I would love to use it. They use to have daycare hours but that I believe stopped around the start of COVID. I do enjoy their sauna. My insurance allows me to have several gym memberships for one price, otherwise I would opt out of paying a separate fee for LA fitness as I believe there are other gyms in driving distance that have lower monthly fees. I'll also note LA tends to stay open on more holidays than gyms like the YMCA, but I do find LA closes in the early evenings on the weekend.

I let him know my realistic exercise levels and he was more than happy to work w me in those.
