I would encourage that your tree removal needs are reviewed with 3 to 4 competent contractors. Include G&V in that group. We had a very large oak on the side of our home. With fallen branches, the lack of leaves and a hollowed out squirrel home in its trunk it was time to take the tree down or it would come down on its own. I did my due diligence, and spoke with multiple tree contractors. Next, I scheduled an appointment with G&V. Mario came out to my home. He later explained that he personally reviews potential work, determines required equipment and personnel to ensure it's done right and he can stand behind a proposal. Within a few days of accepting the proposal, G&V, was at my home with a caravan of equipment & personnel. They started work on time, Mario was there, and they spent an hour setting up their equipment. Look at the photos. They arrived with a crane, a man-lift, a skid steer with a tree attachment, a heavy duty tree chipper and a truck to receive shredded debris. My neighbors came out of their homes and watched this crew work. Some were saying this was the most exciting thing to happen in our neighborhood for a while. I'll get to the point. G&V showed up on time, spent an hour setting up their equipment and then safely/ methodically took apart a large oak without any damage to my home, my neighbor's property or the bushes at the base of the Oak (I thought they would be destroyed). G&V has shown again that they have a well planned, efficient and professional operation.

When the snow began to fall, I quickly shoveled off my porch, walkway & driveway. My plan was to pace myself & repeat the process a few hours later but unfortunately, my plan didn't work as I fell asleep! When I woke up to return to shoveling, I heard ice coming down. Upon going outside, the ice was already stuck-frozen solid-and kept coming down so I figured, "Oh well." That "Oh well" quickly turned into a frigid "Oh hell" the following day. Even with the sun shining, the ice was stubborn & my house being situated on the shady side of the street also didn't help. Days went by & I dealt with it because I was warm & toasty inside & had plenty of junk food to keep me distracted. But then I realized that it was time to get my car warmed up & on the road so that the engine oil didn't thicken too much; that's when the frustration AKA panic set in. I couldn't find anyone to remove the ice! Sure, I neglected to buy de-icer at the hardware store a couple weeks before the storm, but I never NEEDED it in the past & I don't think anyone was truly prepared for Ice-mageddon. So I started Googling snow removal companies & that's when I found Benitez Landscaping Pro Services. I was apprehensive about contacting the company as there weren't many reviews to check out & those that were available focused on lawn care. But then I saw a couple 5-star reviews praising them for their snow removal services during the same winter storm & that's when I knew I had to hire them. I sent photos of what needed to be cleared, received a reasonable quote (hefty but reasonable for what was performed) & they were at my residence in no time! I complemented the lady I spoke with via telephone when the gentlemen were wrapping up the job at my home, telling her that it was such a relief that they delivered the services I desperately requested in such a timely fashion. This work took many truck loads of fill delivered, moved to the back yard, spread, compacted, topped with top soil, reseeded, and covered with erosion mats . Riverbed coordinated with us all along the way so we got exactly what we were looking for. They arranged for the delivery from another service and even got the fill for free, including checking for quality fill, helping hold the price down on the overall job. They did all the details of the arrangements while keeping us informed and at a fair price. They were flexible along the way as minor changes in specifics came up to make the project even better.
