They delivered everything on time and the flowers were great but they had taken back two very large arrangements for our ceremony on a penthouse terrace to also be used for our after party. We had arranged for the pedestals the arrangements to be taken but not the flowers (after all we did purchase them). When we returned with our guests after dinner to the penthouse, the flowers were all gone. It even says on our invoice "pedestal rental." If they have been in the wedding industry that long and do this day in and day out, something is fishy about taking back flowers when it clearly says on the invoice that only the pedestals are rentals I tried calling but no one picked up (a Saturday night of course). They apologized on Monday, did not refund the money and sent a small bouquet to make up for it but it was too late. My guess is that they reused our flowers for another wedding on Sunday. The moment was gone and we will never recommend this company. There are better places out there, it is just not this one.

The smaller bouquet didn't have as many of the higher priced flowers but looked more balanced. They definitely carry beautiful flowers and I am grateful that they were able to whip them out quickly. I wish I didn't have to go through the massive panic attack at pick up. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe that I was a fluke case. The flowers were never delivered -- not because of weather, timing, or availability -- but because this florist apparently does not have a delivery driver. Yes, I made a mistake entering the wrong phone number on the order. That's on me. However, the florist had my full name, email address, billing information, and delivery address, yet made no effort to contact me through any other means. Instead, the order was simply abandoned. When I finally called to ask what happened, the response was curt and dismissive. I was told, essentially, that it was my fault -- and the call ended abruptly. No apology. No attempt to problem-solve. No acknowledgment that not being able to deliver flowers might be an issue for a florist. Mistakes happen on both sides. What matters is how a business handles them. In this case, the lack of delivery capability combined with poor customer service made this a complete failure. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who actually needs flowers delivered -- which, frankly, is most people.
