I was at my appointment 5 minutes prior and was given a bunch of forms to fill out (mind you I wasn't a new patient, but they didn't review my chart correctly and gave me new patient documentation), I was told if the documentation took me more than 5 minutes after my appointment started that it would be cancelled and would have to be rescheduled. I hope the doctors read the reviews that are being left because your front line represents the first interaction of your business and it was very unpleasant and left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been there 3 times now and have received the same snarky tone and attitude each time. I have called in once to ask a question and before I was finished, I was cut off. Common courtesy is a standard practice in any business not only because you represent that business but because you're a human being. Do better.

In sound that I got late. For me being late is my mistake and I should not have been entertained but the problem is that the big lady in the front desk was behaving like a robot. She was as rude as can be. I don't think she deserves to be in health care service. In my last appointment doctor was not available and I was there, it did not feel sorry for the situation but when patients get 5 min late they show attitude. So will never go there again.
