After…read morebeing treated so poorly after they left glue on my teeth during the Invisalign process, being told that "my perspective" of glue on my teeth is in my head, being incorrectly fitted for invisalign on the bottom (which caused my gum to recede so much that one of my teeth became visibly loose), being lectured about how the ill-fitting tray now needed to be replaced and they would have to "see what they could do" as if it were my fault that they didn't fit the tray properly (I RELIGIOUSLY followed instruction and never missed a minute of wear time), failing to perform the in depth cancer screenings that I specifically requested due to family history... The list goes on. The point of no return was when I arrived at 4:19 for a 4:15 appointment and was turned away b/c I was late. The hygienist actually went home and was no longer in the building. This was the first time I was ever late to an appointment and they didn't even bother to call me - not to mention I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time before I get called back. I will never go back there and I do NOT recommend this place.

I am so happy I found Dr. Mora two years ago. My former dentist had retired and sold to another,…read morelarger practice. I stayed there for a while, but really didn't care for it. The work done on my teeth seemed to be a bit sloppy and I had some residual sensitivity that never went away. I also let my dental insurance lapse for a little while, and by the time I was insured again and visited Mora Family Dentistry, at least 2 years had passed without a cleaning or checkup. I got no lectures, just care and concern. As others have said, both doctors are very welcoming and friendly, the office is spotless, and the work is excellent. Dr. Juan Carlos has since re-done the work that had caused me residual pain, and I have been pain-free ever since. Dr. Mora is always kind and thorough in explaining what needs to be done. He is very conservative and would never recommend anything that isn't necessary. Both doctors have very impressive qualifications, and it's comforting to know that they can offer some surgery and periodontal work in-house if I ever have the need. I can't recommend this practice highly enough. They are just wonderful.
