I had a bridge that broke in my rear molar. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on an expensive procedure. He was honest and straight forward and told me to live without it for a few weeks and see if I felt I needed to have it replaced. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. So I did some asking around since I know some folks that have worked there in the past. Apparently turnover is incredibly high, as at least 5 people have resigned in the past 6 months. There isn't much communication as an entire team, which is obviously a problem with such a small office. Doctors are passive-aggressive to the employees they don't like. They use ableist language and get weirdly upset when people take sick days. Also, there have been microaggressions against Black and Brown staff members. I know 3 people who have worked under these doctors, and it sounds like they do great work, however I'll NEVER support an office that treats their staff so terribly.

He made an error putting on my crown leaving an occlusion. I allowed him to redo the crown, and he shaved off enamel from an adjacent tooth and nicked it leaving a sharp edge. I sought out 2 second opinions from other doctors, and they both say this leaves me with problems in both teeth for the future.

Her boyfriend drove her all the way from MD to PA for the appointment. When the dentist saw her he asked if she had xrays! It broke! Of course she didn't have xrays! He told her he couldn't help her then and sent her on her way! It's a dental office with xray capabilities but he couldn't be bothered to xray her tooth? And if she needed an xray why didn't the lady she spoke to tell her that? Top it off that she used a putty for broken teeth and he made her take it off before telling her she apparently needed to bring an xray with her! It was an emergency appointment so how could she have gotten an xray BEFORE her appointment and from where? And what dental office refuses to repair a tooth without an xray and expect you to bring one with you? When she asked him if he could take an xray, he just turned around, told her he couldn't help her, and walked away. The trip was a 2 1/2 round trip to this place.

I called the office immediately, leaving a message about what happened, and my dinner plans on Tuesday. As usual, the incredible office manager, Dorsey, responded by 8am Monday or when the office opened, saving the day.
