Her boyfriend drove her all the way from MD to PA for the appointment. When the dentist saw her he asked if she had xrays! It broke! Of course she didn't have xrays! He told her he couldn't help her then and sent her on her way! It's a dental office with xray capabilities but he couldn't be bothered to xray her tooth? And if she needed an xray why didn't the lady she spoke to tell her that? Top it off that she used a putty for broken teeth and he made her take it off before telling her she apparently needed to bring an xray with her! It was an emergency appointment so how could she have gotten an xray BEFORE her appointment and from where? And what dental office refuses to repair a tooth without an xray and expect you to bring one with you? When she asked him if he could take an xray, he just turned around, told her he couldn't help her, and walked away. The trip was a 2 1/2 round trip to this place.

Probably the best dental office I've been to...ever…read more Staff was friendly and cleaning was quick and thorough. Patient medical history forms were on ipads which made it more efficient. Didn't badger me about how often I brushed or flossed. I thought I had indicated on the patient info form that I would like more info on teeth whitening but I don't think the hygienist and doctor noticed it and did not follow up during my visit. This is only a small gripe and does not reflect poorly on the quality of their work as dental professionals. A++++ on the part that mattered the most.
