Worst bed buying experience ever! Be careful of this place!! If you plan to return the bed you will have to pay a 20 percent restocking fee!! And a 169$ mattress cover which we won't use ...like sleeping on tin foil!! I tried to return this bed after day one and they would only exchange because you have to keep the bed for 60 days???! Worst mattress ever and also did not have a manufacturer date which they told me they make every bed but it showed up 2 days later?? BS! On Saturday April 26 2025 a salesman took my wife's card and the 3 digit code but never swiped it... didn't even know how to do a return it seemed??? Told me I would see a refund by that Tuesday...they picked up the bed on Thursday and now it's Saturday with no refund yet .. apparently you have to wait 5-7 days lmao after pick up BEWARE!!! my son gave me a gift card that was about to time out. it was for $500... he thought I could buy a new mattress..false. All I could afford was a set of sheets, a mattress protector, a pillow & a pillow protector, and I still spent more than the gift card. Both the pillow & mattress pad protector "claimed" COOLING.. false!! The sheets are nice, not color stable, and the banding wreaks of rubber. it used to be a great west Michigan company to support... but I will never go back. I just think about how much more product I could have bought that would be better.. read more

I am still waiting for a manager to call me back, I was told I could return my purchase for $200.00; now they are telling me I have to spend over $700. just to return something I paid $2400. and had two nights and can't sleep on. I shopped one in Muskegon the man was dealing with someone else finally he helped me first off tells me that the mattress I was checking out are the ones that they put in all the hotels and as I tried laying on it I ended up buying it , I get it few days later was so excited to try it out I was not happy with it called store and was told oh it needs some time to breathe fluff can't rem the words he used but u get it so I tried it for like 27 days worried about the return after 30 days so I went into store and told him I am nit happy at all he asked me to wait so he could get other customers out of way so they wouldn't hear my complaints said he would have to have a manager from gr. Call me he did n had me call back to Muskegon store and then was told I could trade it in but had to pay for a pickup and a new delivery charge I didn't think that was right cuz before buying it I was told I could return it n had a 10 yr warranty, what a joke i.needed a firm bed for bigger ppl like the hotels well he lies it was nothing like hotel beds firm but comfy mine is.like springs.with little foam covering them . This place was EMPTY, and we were the only 2 in the store other than the two old, broke mattress salesmen that I'm sure would do/say anything for a sale. We wanted to buy locally, so went to Jonathan Stevens and purchased a mattress. Everything is fine unless you want to return it, at which point they become very rude. They have a return policy involving a restocking fee, but even though the salesman told us the restocking fee was 20%, when we actually tried to return it the restocking fee suddenly jumped to 30%. Nothing in their paperwork advises you of the exact restocking fee, so we relied on the sale reps representation that the fee was 20%. No one has ever denied he told us it was 20%, they just seem to feel like they can change it to whatever they want. I will NEVER purchase from them again, as I question the integrity of the company for pulling a stunt like that. read more

Bought a $1000 plus king size Regent Colindale (although it looks like they've switch the names already). The wife and I were sleeping in troughs within one and a half to 2 years, comically battling for the high ground in the middle. Given that we are average weight and suffered through so many backaches we are very disappointed. read more
