THIS IS A REVIEW FOR PARENTS OF TODDLERS/YOUNG KIDS…read more The complaint I have is actually regarding the way they approached my toddler's care. 1. Asked on the phone if they could treat a young child of two years (the answer on the phone was yes, and to bring them in during my appointment). However when I arrived with them they seemed to be very uncomfortable with a young child and the doctor actually didn't look at their teeth, but instead one of the hygienists who "used to work at a pediatric dentist" did. 2. The teeth staining I had concern about (because they can lead to decay and infection) I was told was not a big concern. I was also advised against using fluoride toothpaste and to keep brushing their teeth using baby toothpaste. No additional instructions were given until they could spit better. At the time I felt informed and that my concerns were answered, but this was me putting too much trust in them I think, and how they present themselves as a "family dentistry for all ages". 3.My toddler now has two cavities because of following this advice (or lack of advice). I tried to do the right thing and go to a professional in advance, but I didn't get that here. I am extremely disheartened and wish I had skipped this place and brought my child to a pediatric dentist back then. My toddler is very likely facing oral surgery now because I was given false assurance that things were fine. *Please if you are a parent concerned about your young toddlers teeth look into a pediatric dentist first or at least make sure the doctor will actually look at your child's teeth as he didn't look at my child's directly. You could save yourself from a very unwanted and preventable situation!* My care for my own teeth was very good here, which is why it makes me especially sad that this situation happened because it seems as though they are kind enough and skilled enough but simply didn't take the situation seriously for my child . I have no issues with the care of my teeth, but I would never recommend this place for a young child's care based on my experience.

No prep or appointment call confirmation got all my info on what to do from google even tried calling just to get some clarification. I got all four wisdom teeth extracted over two weeks ago. And have had a terrible time just trying to get a follow up to make sure MY HEALING is ok. No calls, no dental follow ups, not a single check in. Have left messages, texted their texting service, and at one point even let them know I thought I may have had an infection and was experiencing discomfort. And NOT one voicemail returned and an inconsistent texting service. Extremely disappointed with the communication at this dental office and will be seeking a new one specifically for this reason

Greenberg Dental didn't have any positive qualities that I can comment on. Every aspect of my…read moreexperience was a fail. From the initial phone call for an appointment, to the check-in / waiting process, to being examined. It was all terrible and I would not recommend this office to anyone. I can go into specific details and elaborate on all aspects, but I honestly think even writing this much is a waste of my time. The main point in this review is to forewarn others. To be honest, the only reason this office seems busy and has large volume of customers is because orthodontist in central Florida is as scarce as finding a Florida panther on your lawn!

I immediately clicked with my Hygienist Jennifer! I can't recommend her enough! She cleaned my teeth so gently that I had to check my mirror to make sure they were really clean-and they were! Dr Arnold is amazing too. I love how honest he is. They stay up to date on new technology and you are given a choice if you'd prefer fluoride or hydroxyapatite. Tip-choose the hydroxyapatite always! I have already recommended this office to 3 of my friends. Oh, and the best thing! Dr Arnold is young! He shouldn't retire for a long time!

I really hate to give good reviews, because then the place I reviewed starts getting crowded and…read moreexpensive and they stop caring about the customer and everything goes downhill. But, in this case, I can't help myself because I'm so excited by my good fortune at having found discovered such a fantastic dentist. I *thought* I had the best dentist in all of Florida...or at least, within reach of my house. He charged about 50% more than anyone else, wouldnt take insurance, and made you pay in full when you booked the appointment, but it was worth it. In November he discovered a cavity hidden under a crown, and the soonest I coul dget an appointment to fix it was February. (Case in point.) Reluctantly, I asked if he could recommend someone else, and he suggested Dr. Jay Arnold. Holy cow. My first impression was pretty good when I went in for a quick check in early December. No long wait for an appointment, Beautiful office. Super friendly staff. Dr. Jay explained *everything*. AND he found not one but TWO cavities hidden under an old crown. Bad news, but at least his rates were a lot lower, and his office handled my insurance. Oh... but how long before I could get them take care of? Well, it's STILL mid-December, and he took care of them today. This is why I am so enthusiastic. Dr Arnold has the most high-tech dentistry I have every seen. That makes everything better and faster and easier on everyone. No waiting. No pain. And FAST - but not rushed. Dr. Arnold continued to explain everything and was just as freindly as his staff. In no time at all he was done and wishing me a Merry Christmas. Wow. If you know anything about crowns, you know that I have to go back for the "permanent" ones in a couple weeks. They are being produced in a lab using a digital 3D scan the technician took using a little camera that peeked around inside my mouth. No molds. No fitting. It'll be exact based on the 3D digital scan. If the lab was quicker, I could have had them today. Instead, I've got the temporaries which they produced in the office from a less durable material. They fit exactly the first time, too. But don't go here. I don't want it to get crowded.

She took the time to explain the entire procedure clearly and was very patient with me throughout the appointment. The quality of her work is excellent--the fillings feel perfect and the treatment was very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Stewart to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist in Altamonte Springs!

Do not trust these people with your teeth. They are either incapable of quality work, dishonest, or…read moreboth. On one of my teeth they gave me a filling and in doing so cracked a previous filling, when I went back because I could feel the crack, they told me I now needed a root canal. I went to another dentist for a second opinion, all the tooth needs is for the filling they damaged to be repaired. On another tooth they gave me a crown and I've had extremely painful temperature sensitivity ever since. They told me that tooth also needed a root canal, which was not discussed prior to getting the filling. The other dentist said that the bite is still high, so I may need the root canal, but adjusting the bite may also solve the problem. I paid them over $2,000 and they did more harm than good and tried to sell me on over $6,000 of unnecessary work. I went back several times because of these issues and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage they caused and their lack of transparency with the crown. For the sake of your teeth, bank account and sanity, find an honest and reputable dentist.
