This was a terrible experience. I found Bennison on Yelp and was recommended due to being close to…read moremy home. Spoke with the matchmaker and stated that I would wind it, but would stop after awhile. I was winding it enough, so thought there might be loose screw or lube issue. He tested my watch on the bench and my watch was keeping acceptable time (+- 4), but they recommended a full overhaul for $700, which is crazy. Its a Selitta movement and only 3 years, so I thought he was trying to gauge me and wasnt addressing the issue. After goung back and forth and not get a good justification for full overhaul, I told him I wanted it back and took it to matchmaker in Gardens Mall. After a brief check the new watchmaker determined that there was a dislodged screw, in fact the entire rotor had moved, see pic. He took a closer look to assure there was no damaged and although there were a few nicks, he determined that the rotor screw became loose, which is rare, but fortunately no detrimental damage to the movement. After a quick fix, reseal and $100 later, the watch was in perfect working condition. I guarantee that the Bennison matchmaker didnt know what he was doing and in fact, his work could have really damaged the movement. Im not one to write a bad review, but this one was warranted! If you bring your timepiece here, proceed with caution, stay informed and bring your wallet.

I was "assisted" by an older sales associate with glasses and gray hair who was immediately dismissive, impatient, and openly uninterested in helping me. When I asked about the Starburst collection, she offered minimal responses and refused to let me try on any pieces, making it very clear that my presence was an inconvenience. Her tone and body language were condescending, as if she had already decided I wasn't worth her time. This level of service is embarrassing for a brand that positions itself as high-end. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or judged for wanting to browse or ask questions. This experience left a very poor impression of David Yurman, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. The associate I dealt with is in serious need of customer service training.

I called the 877-826-2533 e boutique # before visiting the store as the store was about a 40 minute drive. I knew I wanted an Alhambra bracelet and was inquiring on the 877 # some questions before heading to the store. I got to the store mostly knowing what I wanted and the door was locked, but a man opened it for me. I had a woman come up to me and I let her know I wanted to shop for and look at a few Alhambra bracelets as well as their new Ladybug bracelet. She sent another woman out to help me and told me that the only Alhambra bracelets that they had were the ones they had out on display with the diamonds and they were out of stock on all the other ones. She then brought over the ladybug bracelet because that was in the display case, and I knew that was in stock, and I tried it on. I was not crazy about it as I really wanted the Alhambra in blue, white MOP or another color I can not think of the name. She even went on to tell me that the ladybug could not get wet and could not even get hand lotion on the ladybug or it would ruin it (something the e boutique and Miami store told me was not accurate) She did not offer to order anything for me, and did not offer me any advice at all and was quick to be dismissive . As I am walking out I see the other woman over there with ladies drinking champagne and I was not even offered a glass of water. I get offered water at a bare minimum at any high end store I walk into. I called the 877-826-2533 e boutique on my way home and they put me in touch with a lovely woman names Maryna from Miami Design District who took the time to talk with me, send me photos of the colors available (or available to order as they have some out of stock) and emailed me a link to pay for it all within 5 minutes of the call. Someone from corporate should really look into how this store handles some of their walk ins. I had on yoga pants and a t shirt and certainly felt judged.
