Staffs are friendly. I ordered large lychee dragon fruit & large strawberry tornado from the kiosk. You can enter your phone number and they can text you when the order is ready for pick up (it may be a little delay). Also, you can put your number for loyalty points. Drinks were good on a hot day but don't drink too fast, might give you brain freeze. Would recommend coming here to try. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Ambience: 4/5

I got the grapefruit tea and I wished the tea flavor came out a little stronger. I got less sugar hoping to get more of the tea flavor, but unfortunately it tasted a little watered down. However, we also got the popcorn chicken and this was very good. A perfect size to snack on between two people and the chicken had a crispy outside and juicy inside.

06.28.2024 @7.23 Friday. Mean while on a waiting list for hot pot. Drive here to get my taro, purple rice drink as I was craving for it ever since I first tried. Is was good and they use all fresh ingredients.

I've ordered from this place several times and I think it's a pretty popular place since it is always busy when I go. For some reason, my drinks always has a burnt taste to it. I ordered it with jelly this time, which I like more. However, I still wonder about the burnt taste.

This place is really really good! The drinks taste so good and the food too I recommend it to everyone. The thing is that there's only one size for the drinks and I think they should put more sizes like small, medium , and large because there's only large but that's fine with me because the drinks are good anyway

Cute boba shop. They have a good amount of seating here and the drinks are pretty good. Prices are similar to other boba shops. They sell everything from sandwiches to fries to wings. The rose jasmine milk tea was delicious. You are able to add on topping. Sugar and ice is adjustable as well. I don't know if I'd recommend the food here simply because the large number of options make me question how good the food would be and how long the food was stored frozen. But I didn't try any of the food here. None the less, cute boba shop for a quick sugary (or non sugary) drink.

Came here on a late night, saw their pictured recommended drink menu (i love pictured menus) and decided to order rose jasmine milk tea w white pearl my girlfriend got lychee long island w peach tea jelly It was made nicely and very tasty as well. Love the peace tea jelly, and the rose jasmine milk tea wow, so good. Rose scent and slight taste, with jasmine milk tea

Came back for the hard-to-find seating in 8th Ave! I love this location in particular also because it's further out from the congested areas of 8th Ave. The AC here was also much appreciated on a scorching hot day. I had the Coco Mango with Oat Milk ($6.75). Yes, they offer lactose-free milk options here! The purple color was apparently dragonfruit, which was intriguing to me given it didn't mention that in the name. It didn't taste like it, although dragonfruit is pretty mild in taste to begin with. What struck me was how refreshingly sweet and tart this drink was! The mangoes, ice, and coconut jelly were so fun to eat! The crystal bubbles, which came with the drink, was that perfect cherry on top. Everyone else's fruit drinks were also super fresh tasting! I'd totally come back to try more of their drinks! You'd have to scan their QR code menu to see, but they surprisingly have a diverse range of summer sounding drinks.

Came in to order one Boba drink and waited over 17 minutes. In this part of Brooklyn Chinatown, there are lots of Boba tea shops, you would of thought shops have it down packed by now how to efficiently managed drinks. This is a new branch that just opened up recently. Not only do they make tea drinks, they also make burgers, fried snacks and combo meals. Food delivery service guys were already waiting on line in front of me, same goes with customers whose ordering large amount of dine-in meals. So my receipt ticket was placed all the way down the list. If I knew the wait line was so long, I would've left and come back another day. I ordered the Black tea Boba trio- which consists of Bobas, pudding, and grass jelly in milk tea. I had to stand in front of the counter-staring down the manager and asked can I please get my drink. He turned gave me an annoyed glance and gave me my drink.

    SPICY CHICKEN BURGER

Pretty clean and refreshing look to the interior. They have some decent seating options. The spicy chicken burger was pretty good. Nothing too special, but pretty solid. It was flavorful, juicy, and crunchy. The takoyaki was ok, it lacked the essence of a real takoyaki as it was soft, not much volume, and very little octopus. The drinks were good. The dragonfruit tea and the tiger milk tea were both pretty good. Not too sweet. Everything came out pretty fast and the combo is a good price. You get a drink, burger, and snack for about 13-16 dollars depending on which one you choose. Pretty solid place to relax and refresh yourself

    CREME BRLE MILK TEA
    Manan D.

I hate to be harsh because it's a cute and seemingly new place, but it really just isn't that great. I got the crème brûlée milk tea and it just lacks flavor altogether. You can hardly taste crème brûlée or tea. I give them some points for having a nice indoor area and polite staff but there are much better tea places.

Their fruit tea and slushy or blended fruit tea is superb. Been drinking a lot of bubble tea of different brand, but Jooy recipe is something else. Good quality and good portion. Every sip is a happy sip.

I live in Stony Brook so when the stars are aligned and there is no traffic on the Belt I can order a great cuppa coffee before work. I park across the street and was the first one in the small establishment. I see two gents hustling behind the counter and zero in on the baked goods. I'm not understanding the spiced lattes but after a few times, I'll try the Cardamom latte but for now I'm sticking with a Flat White and a freshly baked croissant. The flat white I ordered? Perfecto. If a good cup of coffee costs the same as a chain coffee slop they serve to the masses, I'll take a well crafted coffee from Clockface Coffee to start my day. Hopefully, if the traffic is light on the Belt Parkway, I can stop by in the morning. I grew up in Canarsie but all the great local places I keep finding by the job, Bay Ridge rocks!

It looks like this is a brand-new place on Grubhub. I'm…read morealways willing to support a local small business, but I also leave honest reviews so other customers know what to expect. I ordered avocado toast with eggs and a pastry. The only real positive was the bread itself, which was fresh, large, and actually tasted good. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. Although the avocado seemed less generic than standard store-bought guacamole, the taste was not good. The eggs were terrible -- they looked very unappetizing, tasted awful, and appeared nothing like the photo shown on Grubhub. The same photo also showed a small side salad, but no salad was included. I requested chili oil, and that was missing as well. The added cheese had virtually no flavor, so overall the dish felt careless, incomplete, and extremely unsatisfactory. I also checked the box requesting utensils, but no utensils or napkins were included. However, to be clear, this review is not about forgotten utensils. It is about the overall lack of quality, attention to detail, and customer care. The pastry was another culinary failure. It was sold under the French name -"Pan Au Raisin" but it was nothing like what real "Pain Aux Raisins " supposed to be, it was bland, greasy, oily and missing the traditional custard base plus it was delivered in an undersized paper envelope that left the food exposed, a clear violation of basic sanitary standards for food transport. Most importantly, this order caused me stomach pain and GI upset. This was the only food I had eaten in a 24-hour period, and more than 24 hours later I still felt unwell. The owner's reply to my original review was patronizing, dismissive, and refused to take any real accountability. Instead of addressing the food quality issues, the missing items, the poor packaging, and the physical reaction I had to the order, the response tried to reduce the entire problem to utensils and push the conversation into private email. I am keeping this public so other customers can make an informed decision. I wanted to support a new local business, but the bad taste, poor execution, misleading presentation, lack of care, and dismissive management made that impossible. Based on this experience, I would not order again and would not recommend this place to friends or family.
