I came here this morning for a breakfast date with my toddler. We met up with a friend and her toddler. There was enough space for both car seats, our table and two high chairs. Our server was very kind and brought out our food quickly. I think my hash browns were a bit too soaked in oil for my taste but everything else was just fine.

The ambiance is of a quaint cozy feed mill renovated into a restaurant that has an excellent view of the creek. The wait staff seated us promptly and the service was excellent. I had the Breakfast plate 2 with French toast, 2 scrambled eggs, and sausage patties and it was delicious.

Solid place for breakfast. The French toast was good and my partner enjoyed the chicken fried steak.

Best breakfast in the area, food is absolutely delicious, original recipes, not your average small town breakfast joint. Staff is very friendly, beautiful view of the river. Little place, always worth any wait. Priced are budget friendly, I would recommend this place over and over again!

Oddly enough, I found myself in Jordan, with breakfast on my mind. Yelp helped me find this little gem. Great view of the creek. You can sit right by the edge of the creek at the window and watch the water rush by. Wonderful attentive, but not overly familiar service. Good homey food. This tastes like the food I make at home, if I weren't too lazy to make hollandaise sauce. Which I am. I had the Cajun breakfast, which is not spicy, but delicious and huge. I was starving and still left a third behind. Our table also ordered the biscuits and gravy. All delicious and even the decaf coffee was fresh and tasty, which is often not the case. Worth the drive!

1st trip, I had a Rueben, good but not great with minimal fries. Clean, relaxing view of creek and had good service. 2nd trip, Lunch. Myself and 3 co workers, ordered roast beef sandwich. It was not that busy but our lunch still took 20 mins. I ordered a Pepsi and it tasted like carbonated water. Needed more syrup!!

That should change…read more Suzette's is a quiet, modest looking stop off of 169 just south of Jordan, and easily missed as drive between the Cities and Mankato. My recommendation: plan to enjoy a delicious dinner at make plans to stop. Suzette's is a family owned restaurant serving up high quality cuisine with a focus on surf, turf, and exquisite pasta dishes with an European flair. Suzette's owner and chef is Banrith Yong, who has quite the heartbreaking and resilient story of emigrating from Cambodia. It's worth the read on their website, trust me (suzettesrestaurantmn.com). Short story is that he is classically trained and you can tell from the food and presentation. Back to the food... Banrith makes homemade soups and salad dressings and seeks out fresh veggies for his dishes. AND, can't forget to praise the desserts - made in house by their daughter Lena, who owns her own business (Lemon & Von), specializing in crepe cakes. It's not a cheap night out, but it's also not expensive for food of this quality. I find the prices are approachable and good value for the tastes and treats of the meal you'll receive. I've read some of the negative reviews that keeps this from being 5 stars overall. Those reviews frustrate me. No, it's not a glitzy pretentious French restaurant. But this is an emigrant, family owned, heart forward, delish and tasty treasure for the SW metro. We have been patrons for the past few years after finally making a stop... so glad we did! We hope this family business thrives - visit and enjoy on your next dinner out in the SW Metro area!

The food was bad but he suffered through it because I was nagging him to eat more. I ate my dinner because I thought it would encourage him to eat. The seafood tasted old, the steak was cold and slimy. We both ate our food thinking the other person was enjoying their food. We should have said something to each other at the time. This morning my husband was nauseous and almost vomited when we were talking about the meal. I'm not the sort of person that complains about a bad meal, but this was one of the worst I've eaten. On top of all this, we did not feel welcomed. We will not go back.

The sweet corn cakes were soft with just the right amount of sweetness, paired perfectly with the carnitas that were tender and well-seasoned. The black beans balanced everything out, and the pineapple salsa brought that bright, fresh pop that tied the whole plate together. The jerk sauce? Bold, smoky, and just the right level of heat without overpowering the dish. The atmosphere is always lively--good music, a steady brunch crowd, and that energetic weekend vibe that makes you want to linger a little longer than you planned. Staff was super sweet and attentive without being overbearing, which made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Definitely a go-to spot if you want brunch that's flavorful, filling, and full of personality.

The menu had some very eclectic choices. I would say pretty standrad breakfast choices with a lot of flair. I got an egg white omelet with jalapeño and buffalo cauliflower. I wasn't expecting this to be as good as it was. I was struggling between that and the caramel apple french toast, to which our server said "you can get one slice". Ok done. I'm actually really glad I only had once slice because it was so sweet. My biggest disappointment was not having a non-pork meat option (other than impossible meat), but I can look past that. The space is like being transportes to the 80s. Bright colors. Synthesizer heavy music. Just all around a fun vibe. Make a stop at The Breakfast Club today.

This cafe is found in a quiet spot in the town of New Prague. The restaurant gives off small town vibes but their special drink flights are spectacular! Now, of course we chose to visit this place for their Harry Potter themed drinks and I am so glad we did. This cafe actually creates 4 themed drink flights! 3 unique coffee flights - Harry Potter, Star Wars, & Peanuts, and 1 boozy Harry Potter themed flight. The presentation of these flights were gorgeous! Each one comes out in a beautiful wooden deco box with different themed Harry Potter stickers on the sides; as well a fun character toy brought to your table - we had both the Sorting Hat and Dobby. The booze flight also arrives with one drink aflame! There is a drink designed per-house. Majority of theme were delicious. The one set on fire did have a bit of an off-putting taste to it due to the flammable component drizzled over top. Besides this, the drinks were very nice. Not a fan of any of the themed flights? Don't worry, they have a regular mimosa flight for muggles as well On to the food. I chose to order the #3 From the Hen (2 eggs, choice of meat, hash browns, and toast). The food was absolutely delicious and extremely filling. Let me put you on one really quick.... The sausage is out of this world, the best I have had in years! I had a moment to sing my praises to the owner and he clued me in that they actually get their breakfast sausage from a local butcher near by! This all makes sense. The sausage was HUGE great flavor, thick and juicy in texture. It reminded me of a true German sausage. I would come back for that breakfast alone! All love to small businesses supporting small businesses! Overall really enjoyed my time here! If you haven't been out to try Ettlin's I might suggest adding it to your list!
