Kyle Jordan is in my opinion the best plumber around. He's truthful and honest. I highly recommend his company, Jordan Plumbing.

When the worker arrived, the homeowners weren't even there. I told him he could not come inside and asked him to leave. He refused to leave the property until I threatened to contact local authorities to remove him.No services were ever done and absolutely nothing was signed. Later, the office staff called me, acted incredibly rude, and threatened financial penalties. Now, they are sending predatory, inflated bills to a completely different address trying to force us to pay for a service that never happened. On top of that, ever since I gave them my contact info, I have been targeted by 10 to 15 spam calls and texts EVERY SINGLE DAY. They clearly sold or leaked my phone number. Absolute scam. Avoid this company.

I received a returned call in the afternoon as they stated. They said they could arrive between 8-12 pm the next day. I pleasantly received a call at 8:10 that they would arrive by 8:30. Two very professional men introduced themselves, and discuss what they would do after reviewing the situation. I approved the quote further the repair and when speaking with Anthony I'm I asked if he could review our cooktop as there was slight gas odor from time to time beneath it. Anthony discovered a small leak on the gas connector provided me with a fair quote and proceeded to repair. Within 2 hours all concerns were resolved. I highly recommend Delaware Plumbing Professionals for any plumbing issues.

We know that they are a little bit on the high side, but we like their work and the warrantees as well. I have a 12 year warranty on our furnace. We came home on Monday from vacation and our house was 89°. The 13 year old Trane AC was not working. I called Horizon and they came out the same day. It was discovered that the capacitor had burned up and needed to be replaced. I was told to replace the capacitor 2 years ago, but it was just rusty. The technician did a great job replacing the compactor and the wires. The cost was 371. May be a little high but we like their work. The initial diagnostic revealed that the numbers were bad and that compressor was bad. The technician left the AC in the off position. I was told because of the compressor errors that I needed a new AC system. That was going to be about nine grand. After he left, I switched it back on just to check. I read online that the system may need to reset ...within 30 minutes the house dropped to 72°. I guess I dodged a bullet or got lucky. Maybe the system will run for one day, a month, or a few more years. The system has been running flawlessly for a week I know I take the chance that when it finally dies the cost to replace it may be higher. I called D / T cooling for a second opinion. The cost was $79. They came out the next day tested my system and could not find any errors or problems. The compressor they said was perfect. I informed Horizon and basically was told they go with the first set of numbers and you need a new system. The sales rep did not accept the diagnostics. I even offered them opportunity to come up and check the system again. Since they stood by there results, I thought it would be great if the price that was offered for the new system would be honored for one year from the date of the diagnosis. I even said It would be great if the second opinion cost was refunded. I am happy with the work that was done to the capacitor and the wires. The tech was professional and courteous, even though the comment ..you should've replaced the capacitor 2 years ago annoyed me lol. SW

When we needed a new HVAC, we got an estimate from Frederick that was $1000+ over the estimate from another long-time, reputable local company. But out of loyalty to Frederick, we politely asked if they would shave $200 off to come *slightly* closer to this other quote. We actually hate haggling, but had read that you're expected to, for new HVAC. Can't hurt, right? They responded. Had they just said, "No, that's not possible due to XYZ," we would have hired them and paid the full price. But instead the rep explained why it wasn't possible, and then, in a polite but insulted tone, *rescinded their bid*, essentially telling us they would not be doing the job either way. All over a request for $200 off a $7000 job. We were stunned. Needless to say, we haven't called them for anything since, and we're the kind of easy-going, non-complaining customers contractors usually like to have. We got our HVAC at the other place and it's running fine, a few years later. Owner, if you're reading this: I get that you're doing well enough that you don't need to accept anyone's attempt to haggle, and can charge a lot more than the competition. Good for you. I'm purposefully not giving you a 1 star because I don't believe in trying to hurt someone's business. But talk to your guys about not reacting in a personal way to long-time customers. The reaction we got was really uncalled for. Maybe the guy was having a bad day, but you have to leave that behind when you're interacting with a customer, especially an established one. He could have just said "No, we can't do that, but let me know if you want to proceed with us." We would have.

Alexis, the very nice salesperson, gave me a quote on three systems, and helpful information to review. The cleaned up after themselves.
