    Shawarma sandwich (not shawarma)
    Stacy L.

Just had the worst gyro that I have ever had. When we got there, the order was not ready, and the guy came from the back and said "oh yeah, forgot to put the order in. When I received my food. My meat was dry and burned. My baklava was the size of 2 postage stamps for 699 and it was still frozen. Very unhappy and I will not come here again. We sat there for 45 minutes waiting for them to prepare our food. The shawarma was NOT shawarma and the kufta was made of unseasoned ground beef. It was so bland. It wasn't like they were super busy. They only had one table of people.

Love this place so much! We come almost every time we are in Pensacola. Such a beautiful environment and flavorful, great-quality mediterranean food. Service is always great and our food always comes out in a timely manner. Will always return here!

Emily is the best. Food was great. She handled all the drunk people so gracefully it was such a delight to eat here - she deserves a raise

We found this restaurant and got interested with the menu! We were seated immediately and the friendly servers helped us. We ordered the Lentil soup and it did not fail' we had the mixed platter and what a delight, it was delicious! Staff made us feel at home & definitely recommend this place in Pensacola!

New place for dinner then off to a play. So far it's all good.

Last night, my sweetheart and I visited Jordan Valley, a delightful Middle Eastern restaurant with? authentic blend of traditional Jordanian dishes and Mediterranean influences before a play. This gem of an eatery has been serving authentic, mouthwatering cuisine since its inception in 2012, quickly becoming a local favorite and a must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience. However they are planning a move of their location around the end of 2024. It will be moving to 1400 Barrancas Ave right there in Pensacola. The restaurant's name reflects its roots in Amman, Jordan, and provide a genuine Mediterranean dining experience Established by the friendly and welcoming Al-Khader family, Jordan Valley aims to share the flavors and traditions of their homeland with the Pensacola community. The restaurant's warm, inviting atmosphere transports you to a world of rich culture and heritage, with beautifully intricate decor and the tantalizing aromas of exotic spices filling the air. Jordan Valley's menu offers a diverse array of dishes that celebrate the best of Middle Eastern cuisine. To start our meal, we shared the Stuffed Grape Leaves Taziki & Pita, an incredible combination of tender grape leaves filled with seasoned rice and herbs, accompanied by creamy tzatziki sauce and warm, fluffy pita bread. For our main course, my honey chose the Meatball Wrap, a delightful fusion of tender, well-seasoned meatballs wrapped in a warm pita with fresh vegetables and a zesty sauce. I opted for the Chicken Shawarma, a traditional dish featuring tender, marinated chicken served with a flavorful salad, nicely prepared rice, and the most incredible hummus I've ever tasted. In addition to these dishes, Jordan Valley offers a wide selection of vegetarian options, grilled meats, pizzas, and more, ensuring there's something for everyone. Jordan Valley provides an excellent dine-in experience, with attentive service and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant also offers takeout and delivery options, making it easy to enjoy their delectable dishes at home. Bottom line: Our visit to Jordan Valley was a truly fine cinary experience, filled with delicious food, warm hospitality, and an inviting atmosphere plus our guy Ali was terrific and made great recommendations, thanks Ali, and all of this has left us eager to return. If you're looking for an exceptional Middle Eastern dining experience in Pensacola, look no further than Jordan Valley! Highly recommended!!! Jordan Valley is open seven days a week, with the following hours: * Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM * Friday and Saturday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM * Sunday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM To learn more about Jordan Valley, explore their menu, or place an order, visit their website at www.jordanvalleyfl.com or find them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/jordanvalleyfl

We had two adults and three kids . $65 per adult, $20 for my 5 year old and my three year old was free. We were immediately sat and I was confused where this amazing buffet was . Like I had to look around to where the food was . I immediately saw the carving station which had prime rib, turkey , snapper, and ham but was looking for a cold bar which there wasn't . The side bar had two bowls of salad, different greens iceburg vs darker greens and add ons such as croutons , tomato's, cucumbers, cheese, Peel your own shrimp that were lukewarm since they had no ice to sit on. The shrimp was warm and tough to eat. Not the peeling but the texture of the shrimp was hard and chewy. Then they had four hot pans which had the oddest Mac and cheese I've seen it was a solid brick when I cut into it , hard Brussels , there was stuffing , potatoes that also were very thick and weren't smooth and green bean casserole Charcuterie station .... side shelf . With a wood board on it was cubed cheese that were just sitting out no rotation . Meat that was in the shape of roses but when you put that food in the main walk way it heats up so the meat is just sweating and shiny. Just like the butter was in balls but it was getting warm . There was a heating lamp on the very small rolls and cut up pieces of Italian bread ? But that was it . Carving station : I had the prime rib which they gave me the smallest thinnest sliver ever so I asked for two since I didn't get any other proteins that prime rib was pretty good . The snapper was very dry my son loves fish and my husband and I were surprised at how chewy and dry it was. . Ham: my daughter loved the ham and it did look pretty good. Turkey : we didn't try it Desserts : Just go to the coffee shop / bakery in the lobby . They HAD WAY MORE desserts than this buffet did. The desserts that they had of course a lovely empty plate that I'm guessing was maybe cheese cake bites ? Of course remained empty just sitting on the desserts table as I watched bartenders and servers walk by . Gf chocolate cake , bread pudding that was dried in there since the heater was obviously too hot or didn't have anymore water in it so it's just burning up the already cooked food . Apple cobbler which tasted like it was from sysyco itself . Just tasted like a pie that was bought from a store . Peanut butter cookies that were massive but had no flavor , chocolate chip raisin , chocolate chip cookie and mini sweating pieces of mini chocolate cake that my three year old wouldn't even finish . It just tasted all like I picked it up from Walmart and put it on a plate . For the money we paid this expensive experience was just not worth it . We are Hilton rewards members have been for years since we travel often and I read many reviews about the food and brunches being amazing . This was not it especially when they charge 20% for the service charge . I'm confused for what ? Food was burning in the heaters, food is left out and warming such as cheeses, dressings, shrimp, and supposed to be cold meats ... Also there was no seasonal drinks offered to us nor any discounted wines since per the menu you had to buy a full bottle of white and not have a glass .

My 2 oldest boys split the chicken kebab, which came with 2 sides. My wife and I split a Jerusalem platter that also came with 2 sides. We don't normally split dishes, but the pictures looked like big portions and they didn't lie. None of us finished our food and we had plenty of leftovers. Initially, they serve you with very soft delicious pita bread and dipping sauces, similar to chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. Our dishes were served after about a 20-25 minute wait. Literally everything from the meat to the rice and sides was delicious. The lamb kebab had a very good flavor and spices that got better with each bite. The steak was also good, and the chicken was moist and tasty as well. For sides we chose hummus and grape leaves. I travel to the Middle East for work monthly and this may have been the best hummus I've had. The decor was very eye catching with a massive painting and lots of photos from Jerusalem. The tables and chairs were the only detractor, one that did not bother me. There were no booths or stools either, but the bathrooms were very clean.
