Got the pulled pork and brisket - the classics judged in every BBQ competition. Everything was overdone, bland, and dry. No smoke. No bark on the brisket. And the brisket was cut so thin you could fold it over four times on half a fork. The mac and cheese was mid/meh. It was all very disappointing. There are many BBQ places in Denver, I'd pass on this one and look elsewhere.

It's small and yet with the symbiotic relationship with the brewery right next door, the current space size justifies.
