This place was nuts. Also, stumbled upon the food truck at Zuni St Brewery. It was amazing. I got the maple ribs and the brisket. They were both amazing but so different. Decent at best. Brisket sandwich was quite dry. Bun was hard to chew through and made the whole thing even more dry. Bbq sauce tasted good at least but it was sitting on a table in a bin that should have ice but did not. Mac and cheese needs work. Expensive for this many issues. read more

Honestly the best beef brisket I have ever eaten. Brought a group of friends after gravel ride. My second time eating, I was in food heaven again, and my brisket loving friends agreed it really is the best they've ever had! Yesterday found them at 4 noses brewery, I follow their schedule. I am BLOWN away! We never actively seek out BBQ because it so often ends up being a disappointment. So when we saw that one of our favorite breweries had Jordy's BBQ as the food truck for the day, we were hesitant - but it was a beautiful day, so we figured we'd stop by for one drink. Before ordering, I looked them up and read through their reviews and website and I was intrigued. Once we sat down with our drinks, I walked over and decided to order just the brisket (I think it was a half pound). I chatted with the owner, David, and his mother-in-law, Lisa, and they could not have been more friendly. The truck itself is super clean and well-kept, and right away you can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do. They even offered us a side of mac and cheese on the house - which I gladly accepted... because who wouldn't? Our order was ready quickly, and then... WOW. Just wow. Side note: they also gave us banana pudding on the house. Truly just really kind people. But let's get to why we're all really here - the brisket. Just looking at it, you could tell how juicy it was, with a beautiful bark on both the top and bottom. One bite in and it literally melted in our mouths. So insanely good. My husband said he hasn't had BBQ like this since Franklin Barbecue in Austin years ago. I was floored and I'm not exaggerating, it really is that good. The mac and cheese was ooey and gooey, exactly how you would want it, with toasted breadcrumbs on top for a little texture. And the banana pudding? I wasn't planning on eating it all in one sitting... but I did. I'll let that speak for itself. Bottom line is, if you love BBQ and are looking for a place in Denver that serves up some of the best. Jordy's was parked across the street and so my wife and I shared a plate. We had pulled pork, brisket, coleslaw, mac & cheese, and banana pudding. All of this came with three sauces and plenty of pickles and pickled red onion. We both really enjoyed the brisket and pulled pork along with the coleslaw, pickled etc and sauces. The mac & cheese was overcooked, but had good flavor and the banana pudding was a bit off for both of us. The staff was over-the-top nice and helpful and they alone will have me coming back! Had the food truck/trailer when it was pulled up at Colorado Tap House (awesome spot by off the Ralston Creek Trail). The staff were super friendly and helpful! Food was really good. I had a brisket sando and my wife had the puled pork. Meet was super juicy and well seasoned. Great sauces too - always a plus for me. The mac and cheese was OK (bit dry) but the elote was pretty fire and not one of the usual suspects of bbq sides, so that was exciting! Good slaw too. Their banana pudding straight up converted me - from thinking I didn't like it to taking pints to go and thinking about it all day at work. Great business to support! Arrived when they were closing down but gave me potato salad and a sausage on the house and when I say that was the best sausage I've had in my entire life... I mean that. SUCH good customer service and the owner and all the employees with him were so nice, such good food and the help they provided made it that much better! As a Texan I have very high standards for bbq. Jordy's exceeded my expectations. We ordered brisket, pork belly, spicy and regular sausage and ribs.
