He stopped by and gave me an estimate followed by a future date to do the work. He arrived on time with his crew and trucks to handle all of the tree trimmings. This review is about a month overdue, but I would be remiss if I did not offer my profound gratitude and appreciation to Jorge and his team at Salinas Tree Service. Jorge was continually responsive throughout our appointment set up, estimate discussion, and coordination of the job, and he couldn't have been more professional or thoughtful. We had to have two 15 foot palm trees removed from the yards, and two 30 foot palm trees trimmed back drastically, as they were spilling over into the neighbor's yard. I can't guarantee that this will happen for every customer, but Jorge responded to my message the night before the job, came to look at the yard the next morning, and then came back THAT AFTERNOON and completed the work. He and his crew left the yard looking spotless and they even raked magnolia leaves in the back yard that weren't even part of the work detail, just so we would return from work to a clean home and yard. We hired Jorge Salinas and his fantastic crew based on multiple Yelp reviews. I NEVER leave reviews online but wanted to give them a shout out for the incredible job. We have 3 California Sycamore tree that had to be at least four stories in height. Jorges's guys brought them down and pruned them beautifully. Today they were out to trim our large trees - 4 Olives, 1 Bottlebrush, remove a Melaleuca (stump removal) and plant a new tree in its place. Confirmed with me, via text, yesterday evening, here a few minutes before our appt time. Shiny clean trucks and equipment - team of four set out and got it done in a couple of hours. Jorge was very proactive - asking us to take a look as the trees were being thinned, crowned and shaped to make sure all was good. Today is another very windy day, but we were wise to hire Jorge Salinas and his crew to trim our gigantic ash tree in front of our house. We'd put off the trimming about three years too long (maybe five!), and a few downed limbs last month reminded us that it was time. Jorge came out that night to look at the tree (after a full day of work as well) and we arranged to remove one of the limbs that hung precariously over our neighbor's roof. Once this was completed I got two other bids for trimming the entire tree, then chose Jorge Salinas again.
