Took our fifth wheel in for alignment and they did a great job. Mike was very thorough and explained all the adjustments he made. The work was done in the time promised and the cost was less than expected for the work that was done. We will definitely drive 1.5 hours again to Josam to have all alignment work done in the future. read more

I have a pair of leaf springs im restoring for a Harley sidecar. I called Angel and asked if he could re strap them and he said yes. I asked when and he said just bring anytime. I brought my freshly powder coated parts and he said I picked a bad day to do it. nevermind I drove 60 miles to get it done. So an hour later they are done and places on the powder coating are destroyed. Chips and scratches everywhere. Now I have to repaint to fix. They should have said they dont do it if they are going to make a mess of it. my first and last visit to that place. I selected one star as there is not a 0 star option. read more

I had an alignment problem with my 2016 Winnebago Grand Tour motor coach from the beginning. My wife and I moved into and have been living in it full-time since May 2016. I took it to two different Freightliner service repair shops over the six months of living in the coach, thousands of dollars later, not to mention weeks wasted, neither shop was able to solve the drifting/veering problem we were having. I called Josam's on Tuesday, spoke with Barry the service manager and he was able to get me in on Thursday. We showed up for our appointment and within an hour and a half they had the problem resolved. We were having trouble with steering stability on our new used Tiffin RV. We were the tail wagging the dog when driving down the interstate with wind and 18 wheelers. Went to truck company in our town, useless! Call Josam, made appointment, traveled to Orlando from Nashville, and within 24 hours of our appointment, my husband was tickled pink. I have to say that when you find the right place and people that know what they are doing it is worth the drive. I want to say that If my wife Mary and I would not have made our Grandson's baseball game this last weekend we would still not have been happy camper's. While at the game I found out that my grandson played baseball with the service manager of General RV, he also was the service manager for Lazy days RV for 15 years. I asked if I could pick his brain a little and explained what is going on with our coach. He said that the best place in middle Florida to fix any of these type of problems would be a company called Josam in Orlando. so on Monday morning I called and spoke to the service manager Barry. Told him we were getting ready to hit the road next week for 6 to 8 weeks, he said how about tomorrow morning at 11 am we arrived at 10:30 AM Barry greeted us and said that he can get us right in, after about 15 minutes he came out and gave us the bad news, the front tires were not trued and needs computer balancing on the RV, I asked how much, he said $160.00. I asked if he could call Mr. Bordner at Newmar and give him the news. I stood in his office and he called and got the approval to do the job. Mary asked him about how long to fix it. He said about an hour, so we said we are going to get some Lunch, when we returned he told me it was done and asked if I wanted to test drive it. We took it for a test drive and there was no vibration. He said that they will send the bill to Newmar, I signed the work order and we headed home. I think that Newmar should put them on there list of Good quality repair shops, they work on Trucks, Bus's, RV's and anything that needs work on. We still have a couple of issues but we will get them worked out after our Vacation. If we would have missed that Baseball game we would still have a vibration problem in our Coach. They were quick honest and well worth the trip, We live in the Tampa area. I thank everyone at Josam's. read more
