I called about three days later with very short notice and they said sure to bring the car so I did. When I got there it was very busy so I went into the office then the receptionist Took good care of me I asked as many questions as I can think of and they answered every single one of them. In the end, Manny told me I will call you by tomorrow and let you know what's going on with the car so I went home. Less than 24 hours later he calls but instead of telling me what's going on with the car he quickly tells me we're finished and she's ready to go. The smile that I had from ear to ear was unbelievable this man told me everything he did and when I tell you this is the shop that I will be taking all my cars and if anybody ever needs a mechanic this is the place! unbelievable service, responsible, polite and all-around good businessman.

(Bad choice on our end) After the tires were installed, they also performed a wheel alignment that we did not request or authorize. Following the service, our SUV's handling was noticeably worse. We returned to the shop six times on Sunday the 19th and once more on Monday the 20th, still experiencing the same problem the cars shaking real bad. On the 21st, my husband went back again and they replaced the tires and redid the alignment. Despite this, my SUV still does not drive the way it did before we brought it in so once again we took it back. This time when we took it back we requested a refund for the tires and had our old tires put back on our car. In total, we made nine visits over three days trying to get this resolved. While there, we also noticed other customers coming back with similar complaints, which suggests this isn't an isolated issue. I appreciate that they attempted to fix the problem, but the amount of back-and-forth required, combined with an unauthorized service being added to my bill, made this an extremely frustrating experience. I will not in good conscience recommend ATW (Auto Tires Wheels) for tire installation, alignments, or any other services they provide. The manager on duty (Brain I believe was his name) provided the worst customer service in Orlando. Trying to blame our car for the incomplete, unprofessional work they provided was bogus.

When we determined we weren't going to be able to get in the trunk, Danny ran and got the tools I would need to get into the trunk. We didn't think it worked and he helped me put the car back together. After the rental car never showed up with a spare I used the tools he has purchased again and was able to gain access to the trunk (Danny doesn't know this part) Some how we made our flights on time. I would use him again he saved us in a pinch.

The owner was also rude & dismissive that I had called back. Then things got much worse. I created a virtual card specifically to pay this towing company. They were the ONLY people I gave that card number to. After my original review, someone attempted to make an unauthorized purchase using that exact virtual card. My bank's fraud department contacted me and flagged the transaction. Draw your own conclusions. I will never use this company again, and I strongly recommend anyone dealing with them watch their belongings and monitor whatever card they use to pay.

Our van is modified with a wheelchair ramp and this presents a challenge for the exhaust configuration - for some - but not for Alberto - the owner and expert at Superior Muffler. Alberto first explained to me what was wrong, gave me a plan, quoted me a fair price, and about an hour later, my son and I were on our way home quietly roaming down the highway as Toyota intended, purring, not roaring. While we waited, my shaggy haired son also got a nice haircut by the barbers in the shop up front - bonus! We killed two birds with one stone.
