They act like everything is a mix up. I been working with them since 2021 and front desk is terrible. They don't answer the phones and when they do I have to repeat my name and birthday 5 or 6 times.They give false information when they find it. After having two prior dentists maul my teeth I was hesitant to give another one a try. My hubby prodded me and I finally gave in and made an appointment with Dr Depledge. First, there was no dental shaming with you haven't been in how long? He first took some updated photos which you can see on the flat screen TV that drops down...very cool! Next we talked about a plan to get a couple of crowns and a whitening program so my teeth will match. I've been in a few times and every time they are so pleasant and just the little extras mean a ton. He puts in Netflix while you are getting work done so you have a distraction. His office won the landscaping award with cool garden sculptures. He tries to make the environment as pleasant as possible. Pricing is reasonable and will be around $800+ for one veneer so my front smile will be perfect. They take insurance and will work with you and try to schedule so that you can get work done in different years to maximize your insurance. If you are a proclaimed "dentalphobe" like most people I highly recommend you try out Dr. Depledge.

Without notice, Dr. Hayes became my dentist. This woman has no regard for her patients. I felt like an object rather than a patient. I would NOT advise anyone to go there. I went to get my partial repaired. I ended up with what I didn't request, it looked like crap and took forever. She refused to listen to me even though I was out of pocket for a substantial amount. These people tell you what you want to hear but they are very dishonest. I didn't want to do this review publicly but, when my teeth cleaning that was scheduled 3 months in advance was canceled the day before, I decided enough was enough!

I was told I need a root canal on one of my molars where there was pain and that was all that is wrong. Well fast forward a couple of months and there is a huge cavity I can feel on the tooth in front where I was told I needed a root canal. It's in between the two teeth. I'm wondering if I got a root canal on the wrong tooth due to improper diagnosis. If I didn't how would they not see a giant cavity in my tooth? I want to go back due to that's where my initial visit is, but fear that it won't get properly taken care of like the first time. That being said, the dentist and assistant were very nice and I had a pleasant visit. Just not too happy about my tooth. Hopefully it will just need a filling and hasn't progressed to the point where I need a root canal. Could've been avoided!
