This last time, I paid 30$ for a sealing of frayed heel areas, which in all honesty, as a professional my belief is that the procedure is more then just slapping a sticky leather piece over it, but what do I Know ? Nothing. I could have bought that from Amazon for 10$ and did it myself I guess. Every time I look at these boots I get upset and of course they are not priceless but they were my favorite and that's why I committed to having them repaired. These guys were the quickest to respond, quoting me a flat fee of $30 (paid upfront) with a 1-day turnaround. They even offered pickup and delivery, which made the whole process super convenient. The job was done the next day, complete with photos of the alteration. Their pricing was very competitive, especially considering other shops either weren't willing to take the job, quoted 2 week turn arounds. Definitely the most reasonable pricing. Best of all, they saved the rivets! The belt looks fantastic and fits perfectly now. Fast, professional, and friendly service--I highly recommend them.
