As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. When I later requested a quote for two additional closets, I was upfront and transparent that I planned to get three quotes. I was then told I would have to pay $100 for a quote because I had used a competitor for other projects in my home. I found this unreasonable and unprofessional.
