Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. Ben made the whole process flow smoothly. We chose to do real stone and Ben called over to Arizona Tile and they had the stone slabs (6 total!) pulled out and waiting for us to view. Engaging his service was so easy - based on our communications via Yelp, I just sent him my granite slab receipt, he picked it up, cut it to size, came on time, did a precise demo (minimal mess, no dust clouds in my kitchen), then custom fit and installed my new countertop. He even cleaned up the other countertops in my kitchen and sealed them all up so everything matched and looked great! It was beautiful, better than I was expecting! And he cleaned up the floors of any dust from the work. Once everything was complete, only then did he take payment for the job. Wow, what a great company this is! We had Moudy come out to fo the estimate. He was very meticulous…read moreon his measurements, explanations for questions, and genuinely listened to our concerns. We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.
