I found Dr. Sigua through my in network insurance provider and called the schedule an appointment with him, I also verified that he was within network. I received text and email confirmations specifically stating my appointment confirmation with Dr. Sigua by name. When I got there I was under the impression that is the doctor I was seeing. Apparently they switched my appointment to their new doctor (Kyle Lapage) because they want to get him patients. I was told at the visit it was all covered by insurance and would result in zero cost as I was expecting because general cleanings are covered and I was already told they were in network. Later I get a bill because Dr. Lapage was not within network with my insurance even though Dr. sigua was. I was told they needed to resubmit it under Dr. sigua and it would be zero dollars. So I called the office to say there was a mistake as I know my appointment was with Dr. Sigua but they said no I did in fact see Dr. Lapage without my knowledge or consent and because he was not within network I now owed hundreds of dollars for the appointment and they would not back down from this even though I was clearly scammed into seeing a doctor I did not schedule with in the first place. This was their mistake and they expect me to pay the bill. I will be taking them to small claims court as I still have all the proof of a scheduled appointment with Dr. sigua who is in fact in network. Please be careful as there is a lot of deception that goes on here in order to gain new patients for their new doctor and screw the patient in the process. Very sad when you can't even trust your dentists office.

I took these a good signs that they pay close attention to detail and care for their patients. The visit from start to finish was so easy and Dr. Keshian was friendly professional, and knowledgable. I had already had a similar tooth issue and went to my former dentist when I lived in Westford, MA where the dentist made me cry. Dr. Keshian at Nashua Family Dental explained everything as he went. He told me what the process was, how it would feel, and why it was medically necessary. I couldn't have asked for a kinder and more efficient experience from a dentist. I look forward to my next visit there bc fixing a chipped tooth takes a few visits. I expect the crown will match my surrounding teeth perfectly, like the dentist in Westford, however, expect that I will be treated with more respect and smiles.

Fast forward to now and both of those dentists are gone. Now there's this Dr. Harvey. I got a bad feeling from her right away. I had a tooth that broke more than halfway through. I decided to call White Park Dental since I was a patient there before. The tooth broke the beginning of February and she couldn't see me until February 24. In the past dentists would recommend you to someone else who can get you in Sooner. She didn't care that I was in pain and blew me off. Ok, now it's the 24th and I was so full of anxiety I just couldn't go. The pain in the tooth got much better but I was so scared. I just had that uncaring feeling. Before they had me fill tons of paperwork, which seemed more important than my pain. So because it was my first visit, even though I was a previous patient, they said I could not reschedule with them. Yes, I know it was my fault for not going. But if you're looking for a caring dentist and office staff i high recommend going somewhere else. They don't care about your fears,past bad experiences or anxieties. only filling out a bunch of paperwork.
