Dr. Persha is very compassionate and makes sure that you are as comfortable and painfree as possible during and after the procedure. In the past I have had dentists that didn't take the time to explain anything. He does. He has made it clear to me any potential dental issues that could arise in the future. Although I don't know all of the hygienists by name they are all courteous and friendly. Jordan at the front desk really knows his stuff. He is very knowledgable about insurance. I moved to Manchester 13 years ago and was fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Sheehan by a co-worker. Upon my first visit I was impressed not only with the friendly manner in which Carolyn greeted me, but the overall atmosphere of the office was warm and welcoming. It was clean, updated, and very unlike any dentist office I had ever been in. Dottie and LeaAnn took care of not only myself, but my husband and eventually our two boys. During those 12 years, those women were attentive, gentle, and humorous. My boys looked forward to their cleanings never once fearing their appointments. I did have one serious procedure performed by Dr. Sheehan. I was terrified. Dr. Sheehan was perfect. He repeatedly assured me, patiently answered all my questions (more than once), and was not only gentle, but diligent. Dr. Sheehan is intelligent, well-spoken, knowlegeable, and always smiling. He not only makes you feel at ease in his presence, but somehow manages to assuage any fears you may have. I think those are key factors in a dentist. I recently moved to MA, and have yet to find anyone who is as good as Dr. Sheehan. I am seriously considering driving the hour twice a year just to know my teeth are safe.
