Dr greiner just performed the first stage of my tooth implant with the extraction and graphing. He was very patient as I expressed that I am terrified of dentists in general. My tooth wasn't the easiest to extract but I felt nothing from the needle to numb my mouth throughout the entire process. He is a professional explaining everything he was doing to make me feel comfortable. I will go nowhere else for implants or root canals. I highly recommend him. read more

I would just like to start by saying thank you to all the staff (from the receptionists, to the assistants, and Dr. Greiner). Everyone has been so helpful from start to finish. Dr Greiner explained the procedure step by step and I can honestly say the only discomfort I felt was the pressure and it was completely tolerable. I was referred to Dr. Greiner by my dentist because of a toothache... no infection showed on the X-rays but Dr. Greiner sure found one and treated me immediately. Listen I am terrified of Dentist and equate most of them on the same level as Dr. Kevorkian (LOL). The sound of the drill one laying back helpless like one has been abducted by aliens is not fun for me. Today I had major oral surgery and I would recommend Dr. Greiner to the most faint of heart! My first appointment with Dr. Greiner was the very day businesses were closed -- last March. A year later the problem had not resolved itself (wishful thinking) so I went back to see Dr. Greiner. I have had head and neck radiation so dental work is a challenge on a good day. I have seen so many dentists and, until I met Dr. Greiner, I felt not one understood the challenges created with radiation. One dentist actually said we can just "yank the tooth out." Dr. Greiner is now working on four teeth to re-treat old messes that he did not create. He will do everything humanly (dentally) possible to save my teeth. I have had every question answered often before I ask because he is so thorough in his explanations. Every time I have an appointment I thank him and then I thank him and his staff again. Honestly, best dental appointment of my life. Needed urgent care due to an excruciating toothache. Turns out, they detected, I had a terrible infection and a split tooth, that needed to come out. Dr. Greiner explained everything clearly and efficiently, and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Except for two of maybe five or six Novocain shots, which really weren't bad at all, I went through the procedure with NO PAIN. AND no pretty much no pain 24 hours later, now. REMARKABLE. He is a true master! The whole process was clean, fast, efficient, informative, and, I'm not even kidding, downright pleasant, maybe compared to what I was expecting, but still. Two weeks ago I was hit with a tooth ache at the top of the pain spectrum. My general dentist took x-rays and it showed no abnormalities. Norco and Tylenol w codeine and two rounds of antibiotics were given to me with zero relief. I finally was referred to Dr Greiner's office and after an expensive but worth every penny 3D scan was taken, I was set for a major molar extraction. Dr Greiner and his assistant expertly worked on me for 90 minutes and when it was over my awful pain was finally gone. The two reasons I will forever go to this office are the Dr Greiner and his staff were very kind and patient and that they have the tools the ordinary dentist can't afford. The CT scanner show multiple fractures and a quarter sized infection which the x-ray did not show. Had I gone there at the outset, I would have avoided using all those narcotics and would be able to sleep without the awful pain. read more

I am a dental PHOBIC MESS. Just wanted to start off saying that. I don't like any part of going to the dentist and REALLY get even more tense if I have to do anything further like a crown or root canal. Since the pandemic, I've put things off like most people. Well, it was finally time to take care of this tooth. The root was infected and my regular dentist referred me to Dr. Greiner's office. Guys, best dental experience I've had. Ever. For anything. The staff and offices are calming and extremely professional. The dental assistants are friendly, knowledgeable and move things along. The technology used at the office is new and state of the art. My biggest complaint is that I hate the numbing shots and I also have a hard time getting numb. I almost always jump in the chair--and that's where the phobia comes from I guess. Guys--it didn't hurt. I was numb and didn't feel anything. I asked how he was able to do that and his assistant told me that he spent an entire year perfecting dental anesthesia. Well, it was really a breeze. Doctor Greiner was a total professional--I didn't wait for my appointment and was done on time. They take insurance too! I've written three yelp reviews. I was referred to Dr. Greiner from my primary DDS (Dr. Stephen Chou) for a possible RC (root canal). Dr. G was very patient in diagnosing the problem I had. Unlike my first endodontist who just recommended a RC after discussing my issue for 2 minutes, Dr. G explored other options that may solve my issue and possibly avoid the RC. He's not just trying to make a 'fast $" by pushing for a RC and get $$ from the insurance company but rather he wants to work with the patients to explore ALL OPTIONS before going under the 'drill' which I thought was very refreshing. I had a molar removed and implant placed which took about 9 months (my own doing because of a busy schedule). They were attentive, polite, reminded about appointments and always on time. The procedure (root cannel) was handled well, however, I was told at the initial visit that the fee for the consultation $155.00 and 10% would be deducted from the cost of the Root cannel ($1,584.00) After the procedure, I paid with my Care Credit card, and was told there would be no credit for the $155.00, or the 10% discount. Do to the fact I had just had the procedure, I didn't argue, however, upon checking my other credit card, I realized I was charged for the $155.00 consultation fee in addition to the full $1,584.00 for the procedure. I was told that the discount and consultation fee was not given because the dentist is having to pay for the no interest for 12 months of Care Credit. This was never explained to me at the time of the consultation, or when payment was made. Due to the fact other dental procedures are on the card, and the balance will not be paid off in 12 months, I feel I was misinformed. Friday I was scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Greiner. He was very informative on what the problem may be, what treatments were possible and the outcomes to be expected. Fortunately there was a cancelation and I was able to have my procedure right then. Since we weren't sure where the infection was coming from we weren't sure what the end treatment may be until he got a look at the tooth. He was very informative and talked me through each step of the procedure, what he found and the probability of the outcome. He was very good at administering the anesthesia, I didn't even feel the needle go in. Each one of his staff introduced themselves to me when they entered the room and told me exactly what they were taking x-rays of and why. To top it off I was given a rose as I left the office and a follow up call that afternoon to see how I was doing.
