I started the process with Dr. Lentz who had a great chairside manner. He told me what to expect through the entire process and post procedure care. While I was unable to finish the root canal with Dr. Lentz, Dr. Pobiner was amazing as well. He was so gentle and followed up (as did Dr. Lentz) later the same day of my appointment to see how I was feeling. While you never want to need a root canal, if you do need one, I highly recommend Branch Endodontics.

I was referred by an oral surgeon when he found deficient work in my mouth done by another dentist in Nassau County; one that I had been seeing for years and spent thousands of dollars with. The care I've rec'd over the last 25 years is really amazing, I've had so many people admire my smile (a smile, I might add that I was embarrassed of before going to this practice) - and now those admirers are going to Dr. D.!! When they retire, they even travel back just to be cared for by him. Over the last 25 years, I've also been cared for by his wonderful and knowledgeable dental hygienist, Cheri. She has educated me so much on proper home care techniques and saved me from periodontal work!! If it wasn't for this office, I'd probably have no teeth by now! I was having some severe molar pain about a month ago, just prior to a family trip I was getting…read moreready to take. I was referred to Dr. Grillo for an evaluation through friends and am ever so grateful for the recommendation. I was a new patient, and experiencing pain over the weekend. Dr. Grillo was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and took me right away on a Saturday afternoon, nonetheless! After my initial consultation, and describing the pain I was experiencing. He conducted several x-rays to determine cause of pain, although he already had a good idea before even seeing x-ray. The x-ray and Dr. Grillo's expertise, determined that I had an abscess on a molar in which a root canal was previously done. Though, Dr. Grillo is not an Endodontist, he knew exactly the course of treatment I needed to remove the infection and pain. He prescribed antibiotic for several days and advised me to follow up with Endodontist in the area. The antibiotic he prescribed, was literally a miracle drug! Within days, my pain was gone , infection gone and I was Able to go on my family vacation with no pain!!! I didn't follow-up with Endodontist, and now a month later, I am still OK, no recurring pain! I am every so grateful for his knowledge, expertise and professionalism for taking me on the spur of the moment and treating me so accurately! Also, the office is exceptionally clean and staff is so nice and friendly! Everyone was very accommodating and professional! Looking forward to returning again, and I don't often say that about dentist visits! Thank you again Dr. Grillo and staff!
