I know those dull floral online companies whip up "arrangements" quick and sometimes flowers may not even look their best once you finally get them- but Station, topped it! Although I've never visited Station- I can tell these folks will make any arrangement look effortlessly beautiful. Since my favorite flower is the Hydrangea, my daughter went with that as the focal piece and for a small vessel, the arrangement was grand indeed. These folks treated my arrangement as art and each flower surrounding the star of the show, added more of a creative feel. I personally felt the overall arrangement was light, airy, rich and dense. Living in California, I have to trust them to prepare something memorable for my mother. This year I happened to be visiting my mother, and seeing no flowers arrived by Mother's Day, I called them. Only then did they tell me "We accidentally delivered them to someone else." Really? And you didn't try to fix the error? Had I not called them (and had I not been visiting), I would have never learned this. Who knows if this happened other times in the past, as my mother is not the type to be asking me why she didn't get any flowers, whether it is for Mother's day, her birthday, etc. So, my 91 year old mother had no flowers for Mother's day. I was very disappointed, having been a very loyal customer for many years. They did refund me, but only when I asked. Some time later, when I received a review form ("How was your experience with Hollywood Flower Shop? If your experience wasn't great, we want to make it right.
