Ken is old school like myself so we talked about how moden machines ruined by plastic parts and electronics, modern cars have the same life span 5 years or less. its great for MR goodwrench repair people, sux for us consumers. we both had a great time talking about the good ol days of metal parts and depebdable products.. Ken is a Great guy. When the shit parts break again, and they will, i am calling C&n appliance repair. A bit od history...before we bought this laundry unit we had a kenmore staker that lasted over 15 years without issues untill it all died, washer motor and dryer heating element. not worh fixing. Spend over 1500 for this GE unit which i am very satisfied with its service, just all the elctronics and plastic cause it to be less dependable, and that fricking lid lock ughhh , I wish ken a prosperous year wihhis business, and all you babies quit railing. this is a great busines. just needs a better offive manager. and all you loosers writing check/ hello, the 80's and 90'called, they want that paper and dead trees back back. get with it people. The store is in the middle of downtown and easy to miss driving by. This company set up a consult with their Santa Clara technician, Michael. They have another store in Santa Clara. He came out and took measurements and discussed different inserts with my husband. The 5100 insert they recommended puts out really good heat but we havent had to use it really since the weather is still good. For the installation Michael came out and installed the unit by himself. I thought this was strange since the insert is pretty heavy. But he was able to do it within a few hours the unit was ready to use. He told my husband how to use it, but I wasnt there for this so I had some questions and called the store. The young lady in the office was patient enough to answer my questions. I really like the look of the insert and am glad they helped us pick this one out. I cant wait to use it for the holidays.

I was greeted by Jerry and he was super helpful during my entire shopping trip. American Supply has an excellent selection of almost everything. They have restaurant supplies- all things you would need to run a restaurant from chopping boards, forks, platters, mixing bowls, knives, etc. They even have a few of the coveted Boos chopping blocks. They have restaurant to go containers, I usually buy them so I don't have to share my Tupperware with family or friends. They have cleaning/janitorial supplies. If you're looking for hand sanitizer, wipes, face masks you're in luck as they have the PPE here. This is open to the public and not just business owners. They sent a guy out, then mailed me a "service call" invoice for $178.20. After I sent them a letter concerning this issue, they stubbornly insist I owe them the billed amount. Be sure to double-check their math on any estimate from them. Discovered several "errors". One guess in who's favor... No resolution after 2 months, and still receiving billing invoices. Unfortunately, they are currently "the only game in town", and take advantage of that. Given a choice, I would NEVER call them again. Don't make the same mistake I did. Negative 10 stars if possible...

I have worked with Chappell before and it has been fine, I have been living on houses with wells…read morefor years. In this case, we moved into a 1999 house that had no above-ground water tank or booster pumps. I needed all that installed, plus a separate electrical panel for the boosters and also, a manual transfer switch in case of a blackout. Randy was my rep this time and handled it very well. I have never done a project this big with Chappell. I had given another local well-down pump and well company a shot at this job as well, but the rep seemed disinterested, for the first scheduled visit he simply was a no-show to work that week and work had no idea where he was. Since no one was calling me to reschedule, I did follow up and got that rep out, but he seemed disinterested and--after giving me an on-the-spot guesstimate of the job... yes, you guessed it, never followed up with a real quote. Considering that behavior, I put my confidence in Randy from Chappell. The follow up was great, considering it was before, during and after the Xmas holiday, and now we have exactly what we need. For Chappell's work: the pictures show the blue pumps, the nice shiny new piping, the green electrical panel and the tank, and some bonuses Randy suggested that I did not even ask for: the cool sight-level disk one can see from quite a ways a way, and a third feed valve on the main piping, in case I need to add something in the future.
