i love jose's! it's my favorite local mexican restaurant. i feel like it's super underrated given the staff are always so generous and nice. the service is quick, they offer a complimentary chips and salsa bar, and their prices are amazing for the portion size. their brunch is also sooo good, i can't recommend it enough!

Location is large and cute. The staff is hot and miss, there are a few employees who are on the ruder side and don't listen well, are short and not friendly or helpful, and do not get orders correctly often. Food is good, comes out pretty hot and fresh and the quantity and prices are good especially the happy hour and daily specials

This is my first time eating here. We were excited to try it. We ordered in-person but take-out. A chicken tortilla soup, a taco salad and my two California chicken tacos. I am reviewing the chicken tacos and they were terrible. A huge tortilla which I couldn't figure out if it was corn or flour. It was not yellow so my guess is that it was flour. It was awful. The chicken was bland. I cannot deal with a soggy taco and these were but that tortilla was so thick it couldn't sog. Their salsas were great. I was so happy with the service from Misty I promised to go back. But this was a waste of money. $12 for 2 awful tacos is something that I would not do again. Tacos should be every Mexican restaurants top seller.

In a rush? SKIP THIS PLACE Ordered a short stack of pancakes to go, they worked on every order except this one until the manager came out. Pancakes were not a crazy request for it to take this long. People had 5-10 items come out rapidly while my one item was overlooked. Rating 5/10

MANY BREWS TO CHOOSE!…read more Ritual Brewery has got to be the best micro brewery in Redlands! There is so much to like about the brewery, and so much this place has to offer that I can only ask that you experience it yourself. To name a few highlights of the brewery... first of all it is one of the more chill places to go to. The ambiance of Ritual Brewery is casual, friendly, and welcoming. The staff here are all awesome! They have a nice size indoor and outdoor seating area for visitors. They are family and dog friendly. They have a new brew for everyone to discover and enjoy. My personal favorite is the Extra Red. I tried just about their whole menu over some time and at least half-a-dozen visits before deciding which one was my favorite. Moreover, if you walk in looking for a specific kind of beer, you might as well go pick that beer up at the store and stay out. This brewery is a place to experience and appreciate new beers. Many of their beers are IPAs, Ales, Pale Ales, and Blondes. Check out the picture of their menu to get a better idea of all that they have. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices for their drinks compared to probably most breweries - so don't be a Sorry Sue and complain about how the prices for a beer is expensive and that only the soda is good - but you had the nerve to visit 10 times. Oh! Also, there is often an excellent food vendor there most nights, so you can get a meal with your drink. CHEERS!

Hey Brian, I wanted…read moreto reach out about something that happened tonight that I feel you should know about. I also want to be clear that all of this transpired after you had already left for the evening. For context, I'm a regular at the bar and have been coming in for quite a while. I've never had a major issue with Brent or Steven, even though they both have personalities that can come across as sarcastic or abrasive. I've generally let it go because my reason for coming to the bar is simple: I come in to have a few beers, relax, and enjoy myself. Tonight, while I was still drinking one of my beers and had some left in the glass, Brent came by and took it away as if I was finished. I jokingly said something along the lines of, "I guess you're not going to let me finish the last bit." I wasn't upset and wasn't trying to start an argument. It was an obvious mistake that could have been solved with a simple apology. Instead, he responded with a snarky comment rather than acknowledging the mistake. Later, he brought another beer to my table. I made eye contact with him and before I could even say anything, he asked, "Do you want to say something to me?" I replied, "No, I just wanted to say thank you." His response was, "Your eyes are telling me differently." Again, I found that unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. At that point, I decided to leave a $0 tip. I normally tip very well, often around 30% or more, and this was the first time I've intentionally left no tip because I wanted to send a message that I was unhappy with the way I was being treated. After that, Steven came over and confronted me about leaving no tip. He asked if I was really zeroing it out and questioned me about whether something had happened between me and Brent. I told him that whatever issue I had was not his concern, and he responded, "Fair enough." I assumed that would be the end of it. Instead, Brent came outside and confronted me. He told me Steven had said I had a problem with him. I explained that I didn't have a personal problem with him; my issue was his attitude and the way he was treating me as a customer. Rather than listening, he became increasingly hostile. I reminded him that I'm a customer and that I'm only there to buy beer from the business. I'm not there to deal with sarcasm, attitude, or an employee's emotions. As a paying customer, the minimum I expect is basic respect. I shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or accept being spoken to disrespectfully while simply trying to enjoy a beer. That confrontation ended poorly and he went back inside. A short time later, he came back out and confronted me again, this time in front of other customers. The situation became even more uncomfortable because it was happening publicly. During that exchange, he ultimately told me that I was not welcome back. Again, I reminded him that I am a paying customer whose only purpose in being there is to support the business and enjoy a beer. I should not be getting into arguments with employees, being confronted in front of other patrons, or being told I'm not welcome because I expressed concerns about how I was being treated. The bigger issue is that, in my opinion, this isn't just about tonight. This has been months in the making. I've noticed a pattern with both Brent and Steven where they seem to have become comfortable treating customers with attitude and sarcasm in ways that shouldn't be acceptable in a customer-facing role. I've overlooked it many times because I enjoy the bar and didn't think it was worth making an issue out of. On the other hand, employees like Kim, Josh, and David have always treated me and other customers with professionalism and respect. They know how to joke around while still making customers feel welcome. I've never had an issue with them. From my perspective, the problem is specifically Brent and, to a lesser extent, Steven. Brent especially has developed a demeanor that I find unwelcoming, confrontational, and disrespectful toward customers. I don't think I'm the only person who feels this way. Tonight was simply the point where it crossed a line. I'm not sending this because I want anyone fired or punished. I simply think you should know what happened, especially since it all occurred after you had left. I've spent a lot of time and money at your establishment over the years, and I would hope that customers--especially regulars--can expect basic courtesy and respect from the people serving them. I wanted to give you my side of the story directly. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

The folks/beertenders were very friendly and you can tell they're enthusiastic about craft beer and the craft beer community. I've only visited once, but I've been told that they regularly rotate out their taps and have cans of local and not so local breweries for sale out of the fridge. At the time of my visit, I noticed some cans from some of my favorite breweries in the LA and SD area. The place feels like a craft beer oasis in that it's a bit of a destination and I'm not sure what else is around. Although, to be fair, I don't live in the immediate area and don't really know the area that well in terms of craft beer offerings. Definitely a spot I would like to frequent. There seemed to be plenty parking when I went. Not sure if it get's really crowded when some more of the surrounding businesses are open, but I had plenty of spaces to chose from.

I had the red sangria, which is huge and yummy. I also had the poke nachos, which was also very good. Bf had a burger, ordered medium temp, but it came well done. He also had a Caesar's salad, which was served to him in a kind of a rude manner by a female server. She just mumbled what it was and curtly set it on the table and whisked away. I know the staff is busy, but attention to manner should not be hard. Our waiter was great, attentive. I think September's is best for going to with another couple or a bunch of friends. I would rather go to RPM if it was a date.
