We have been here several times now. We continue to enjoy our dining experience. First the dining area is comfortable and well lit. There are TVs everywhere even small ones at each booth. So far we have had great service. Our servers have been attentive and friendly. We tip well and they deserve every penny. We have chosen our favorite dishes there. My wife enjoys the taco salad. I like that they don't just throw a handful of ice burg lettuce in a shell and call it s salad. They use dark greens and are generous with the additional ingredients. I truly like their chicken chimichanga. You can get it with just cheese sauce or fully dressed. It's a big chimichanga fill with chicken and cheese. Spiced very well and fried perfectly. Their salsa is fresh and available in mild or spicy. Their chips are thin and crispy. They also offer gluten free options. We like this place! read more

For almost $40 for this meal, see attached picture, that is all the chicken we got and it is cut up so fine to spread around and make it look like there is more. We absolutely love Jose's in Tontitown! The margaritas are delicious, the beer is cold, and the happy hours keep it happy and very busy. The food is addictive and never disappoints, we love the build your own ricee bowls and famous steak fajitas. My husband always orders the large order so he'll have lleftovers. The staff are always friendly and work so hard. But wait - they also have my new favorite brunch! You've got to try the build your own Bloody Mary bar and delicious $1.99 mimosas! Worst experience I've ever had. Came in with a few tables sat. ordered right away and 15 mins later the place was busy. Two 2 tops came in and sat next to us. They ordered ate chips and salsa, ate their entree and left before we got our food. 45 mins in we had to go so had to ask for check and food to go. My wife had two margaritas and the waitress decided to give us Too shelf marga costing a Lot! All said and done I spent $70 for a couple drinks and chips and salsa and leftovers! needless to say F this place, highly DONT recommend, I won't EVER be coming back! read more

Best Margaritas in town!! They also have the best burgers in NWA!! Friendly staff and always excellent service. We're in there about once a week and it's always a wonderful dining experience. We use to be a huge fan of this establishment. Unfortunately, it just isn't as good as it use to be. I'm sure the pandemic and lack of workers are the cause of the decline in quality. I am hopeful as things ease with supply chain and increase in people wanting to work that this business will return to its glory days. read more

The Best Tex-Mex is Northwest Arkansas. The fajitas are perfect. Sizzling with a bed of onions & peppers. Plenty of fresh tortilla's & their chips are crisp & delicious. Jose's fajitas aren't the soupy reddish sauce that's become popular in the run of the meal Mexican spots in NWA. Did I mention lunch? This is my first time time at Jose's and we called prior to going but we still waited a while before we got seated. The seats were dirty and we had to be seated elsewhere. We ordered alcoholic drinks and we first asked for a michelada and instead of letting us know that they didn't know how to make it they gave us a drink that tasted horrendous. We asked to have the chili power that is supposed to come on top and instead of telling us they didn't have it, they gave us a cup with the rim full of a seasoning that tasted like meat seasoning. Then, we ordered a Ultra which was very watered down. We waited a while before we got the food and it was average, nothing special. I genuinely do not recommend this place. I will definitely not be going back. The chicken wrap was very bland and had no flavor even though we added salt and ranch. Trio fijita was probably the most decent dish there. read more

Came here for Sunday brunch. Insane price for one bottle of champagne, then weak pours on the $1.99 ones after. Took almost an hour for our food to come out after we ordered it, and was subpar at best. The service was alright, our waitress was there every 5 minutes at first and then disappeared for over 30 minutes when we sat there with empty drinks. Overall, wouldn't recommend for a brunch spot. Margaritas and service were okay but this menu costs the same as chuys which is drastically better. Not worth the price, very mediocre.

The chips and salsa were good, and almost tasted homemade. The shredded chicken in my rice bowl was good, but the rest of the bowl was awful. The cheese dip tasted old and thick. The rice was awful. Like bad microwaved instant rice. I might go back and just get shredded chicken tacos. I remember eating at Jose's on Dickson and loving it. I don't want to believe that it's bad now. So I'll give it another shot. The fried ice cream desert was really good, so that's a plus! read more

I've always heard so many great things about Jose's. Today we tried it and it took over 40 minutes for a burrito and a quesadilla. Jenny was our server who was pleasant and apologetic until I asked to speak to a manager. The food over all was ok when we finally got it. The manager apologized and asked if she could do anything for us. It's not up to me to take care of a customer. I really don't think that we will be back. read more

After a mediocre first visit we decided to give it another shot. Absolutely disappointing. Our waiter was so rude! We asked for the remote to change the table tv and the waiter without a word, tossed it from about 4' away, landed and slide across our table. My mother and I looked at each other in disbelief. When our dinner arrived my son's order was wrong and the waiter argued with me on what I had ordered! Our fajitas were decent, although there were minimal peppers and onions. We ate and couldn't wait to leave. After about 15 minutes without seeing our waiter we figured maybe we needed to go to the front counter to pay. The young girl sitting behind the counter told us we needed to find our waiter to pay. Again, still hadn't seen him. Finally she tracked him down. The waiter then told us the total but that he couldn't give us an itemized receipt. We paid and left. Of the 4 people at our table, all 4 said they wouldn't return. read more

Jose's has terrible customer service. My wife and I ordered a Jumbo Taco Party family meal on Saturday Dec. 12th to be picked up at 1:00p.m. Sunday Dec. 13th. When we arrived to pick up the meal the restaurant was unusually closed, there was no notice on the door saying why the restaurant was closed, and we have received no contact from the restaurant. I've called numerous time, have messaged them on Facebook, and written on their Facebook wall. I demand a refund and an explanation as to why they seemingly stole my money. The meal was supposed to go to a family at our church who has a newborn and can't go out to eat due to Covid-19 concerns. We had to cancel bringing them a meal because of Jose's lack of communication and concern for their customers. I will never eat at Jose's again and I will never recommend them and will encourage people to not eat at Jose's. Jose's does not care about their customers. read more

I was worried about the location at first. I use to love the old Jose's because of Jamie and now I have Carmen. Carmen is amazing. My drink never goes dry, she always let's me know the days specials and is available when I have questions. I am that "picky" bar guest who alters menu items and needs extra stuff on my beer. We ordered a chicken taco party with half corn and half floor tortillas this evening to go. My husband got home and they gave him half beef half chicken. We don't eat beef, so he returned it for chicken. They also gave us all flour, so he returned those. When he got back home with the Chicken taco party, instead of half flour half corn they gave him all corn. All I can do is shake my head! I'm not sending him out for tortillas and we won't be coming back. Since they have moved to the new location, this is the 2nd time this has happened. I can't think of a single good thing to say about tonight's experience. Being Friday night we expected to wait for a table. The wait was not long. The wait was the highlight. The service was slow. The drinks were watered. The orders were wrong. The food bland. Tables arriving well after us received their food before we did. The temperature in the restaurant was hotter than the food. Used to love this place. Came here for lunch, sorely dissatisfied. Salsa wasn't really hot, I don't mind but if I ask for something to make it hotter don't tell me you don't have anything- I don't care if you simply offer some chopped jalapeños- any two bit taco stand can ramp up the heat factor if you ask. We honestly felt our server didn't want us there, and as an interracial couple being welcomed is a big deal so it was the factor that made us decide to hinge on the food cause if it is good we will just do take out and skip the rude waitress. Well, queso was $7 for a small bowl we didn't get til right before our food arrived. My quesadilla had no outside dressing they put all ingredients on the inside and don't even offer guacamole or sour cream to go on top. Not even some cheap ass lettuce. Had to ask for drinks and to go cups. For $35 at lunchtime- save your money. There's a TON of places that do this concept better especially in and around Springdale. read more
