Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!

I went in and received a treatment plan in the amount of $15000.00. I had to pay up front.We didn't really discuss everything so I was rather surprised when I found that she had pulled an upper tooth that wasn't bothering me. They then put temporary bridges in that broke pretty much daily and sometimes within an hour or so after placement. At one point she said that the bridge was breaking due to my missing tooth. The one she pulled. Even a permanent bridge broke. Seems like inferior products.They had an assistant that worked on me every time who gagged me with their imaging tool and then broke one of my teeth that would hold the bridge. They glued and pulled a bridge off of that tooth so many times and the last time the assistant pried it off with a metal tool. Then they tried to charge me close to $6000 more. The dentist took no responsibility and tried to blame every problem on me. And her office manager was very aggressive and kept calling me by the wrong name at the end. On purpose. She also refused to give me my full file and I had to call the dental board. I ended up going over 1 year without some teeth on the bottom due to this dentist. There is so much more here but not enough space to tell the nightmare I went through. In the end the dentist told me if I didn't pay the final $1900 she would no longer be my dentist. I wouldn't go back to her if you paid me to. DO NOT GO HERE!

The care I received from x-rays, to cleaning, to a small composite filling was excellent. The review of suggested treatment and the costs associated with each part was explained well including insurance estimates and out-of-pocket. I never felt pressured to get all the work done. Their cost was $150 less for a deep cleaning that I received one year ago at a different office. I highly recommend Dr. Seager and her staff.

During a prior cleaning/checkup, I raised concerns about a specific tooth with an existing filling and was told there were no concerns at that time. At my most recent visit, I was informed there was now significant decay underneath the filling requiring a much more expensive inlay procedure. When I later requested prior imaging of the area for comparison, I learned the prior visit did not include clear imaging of that specific tooth, which added to my frustration and confusion regarding the progression of the issue. I would think if a tooth already has a filling, there would be due diligence to monitor it appropriately. What was most disappointing, however, was the handling afterward. Management initially acknowledged the concerns, offered to assist with the treatment cost, and rescheduled my appointment for the next day, only for the appointment to later be canceled via email just a few hours beforehand with no call. After several days without communication, I was ultimately told to establish care with a different office, and the previously discussed treatment accommodation ultimately was not honored. I understand dental conditions can progress and treatment recommendations can change. However, I believe more thorough imaging, documentation, and earlier evaluation of the tooth could have provided greater clarity before recommending a significantly more invasive and expensive procedure. The communication and overall handling of the situation by management also fell far below what I expected as a long-term patient. This experience has ultimately left me feeling uncomfortable continuing care with this office and company as a whole.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they are all so nice and welcoming. I really like how Dr. Jung is honest, he shows you everything that may be wrong with photos so you know exactly what is the problem. There were 4 problem areas I had, but two of them were on watch but the other two was I had a small cavity and the other was a filling popped off. The whole thing was quick and not painful at all.
