Root Canal: Anxious no more after 10+ years! I didn't feel a thing…read more I have had severe anxiety going to the dentist since I was a child due to a traumatic experience. Today was a huge step getting a root canal procedure done for the first time in years. Got one done as a child and have been terrified ever since. I even started to tear up at the office. After my procedure not only have I been freed of anxiety, but now I am more confident going to get the rest of my procedures done. Dr. Oh and dental assistant Daniel were fantastic, very quick and through. Daniel made me feel at ease as he explained the procedure. He mentioned it was the easiest procedure to do and that Dr. Oh has had years of experience. I didn't feel a thing (not even the numbing needle). I thank God for everyone there and to finally be healed from this trauma after many years. May God bless this practice with abundance for years to come!

The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and they are all so nice and welcoming. They do a great job walking you through everything that they are doing and don't do anything without telling you what to expect in regards to procedure and payment. Most recently I had to cancel an appointment. The person I spoke to didn't bother asking me if I'd like to reschedule. I didn't bother as I'm ready to take my business elsewhere. It seems that every time I go for my 6 month cleaning I have to get a special medication put on my gums between two teeth. They claim there's gum recession and possibly an infection. Never had swelling, puffiness not pain. My insurance doesn't cover this so it ends up being $90 out of pocket. I've always been skeptical but they convince that I need it to maintain the health of the gums in that area. Another thing that I've never experienced at other dentists is the gum measurement process. I'm not sure if this is needed or not? The last time I got measured for a mouth guard, the assistant was so rough with the molds that the next day I had canker sores.
