The whole interaction felt rushed and transactional, treating patients like a production line. That lack of clear communication and basic professional ethics is what finally pushed me to seek a second opinion elsewhere. The most ironic thing is all of their nurses are obesed , listen this : direct this judgmental energy toward your own metabolic health and systemic inflammation , maybe yall will get into healthy BMI and less risk of heart attacks. Then they do mistakes in the submission to the insurance. They don't count payments from the insurance. They charge you for operations in the future When you call them to sort out the situation, you never have the right person. And the right person never call you back.
