The service was friendly, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. After my most recent wash, there were still visible dirty areas left behind around the lower panels, wheel well area, and rocker panel area. I also found remaining spots on the paint afterward, including tar residue and bird dropping residue that should have been addressed during the wash. I understand that no car wash will be perfect every time, but when paying for a hand wash, I expect the obvious exterior areas to be checked before the vehicle is returned. The lower panels and splash zones are exactly where dirt builds up, and those areas seemed rushed or overlooked. The staff has been fine, but the final result has not matched what I would expect from a paid hand wash. At this point, I'll likely look elsewhere or use a professional detailer for exterior care because I'm trying to protect the paint on a newer vehicle.

But you are going through a drive through car. Wash that uses machinery to wash your car. Because you might not have the time, patience, resources or ability to wash your car yourself, but you want it to be clean. So when I go to drive through car washes, and I frequent them regularly. Because i'm a busy person, and I don't have... I was going to say, I don't have the time. Yes, I do I could make the time I do have the money. I do have the abilities to detail. Wash and clean my car all the time. I just don't want to. I love this location because at this drive through car wash they have two tunnels. The first one is for washing. The second one is what makes it so unique. Because it is the drying tunnel and it waxes it separately. So most drive through car, wash places. You get a wax spray and a buffing brush at the end of it, to apply your wax coat and then you drive out. But at this one, it's its own tunnel and then they also dry the spots off of your car for you. Before you go through the tunnel. Another reason I love this location is because a couple of the young ladies that work here are amazing! My favorite is GRACE! she always has a smile on her face; she is a hard worker, i don't know if she goes to school full-time and then works here. Part-time or what she does? But she does everything with such detail and amazing work ethic, and every time I come here to get my car washed, I chat with her for a quick moment and she is a blessing! I hope they are paying her good.

I brought my car and Bill the owner inspected the Xpel stealth paint protection film on my front bumper. There was damage, but the ppf shielded the paint from any scratches to my midnight silver paint. The price seemed fair and I quoted the price to the female who backed into me and she zelled me the money directly verses me filing a claim against her Automobile Club insurance and penalizing her with a higher premium.
