Okay this place is very convenient for me. But convenient is what brought me here and might not always be best. Its older location compared to my regular spot. There's usually 1 person around if service is needed. My black SUV is fairly new. I have about 3 little scratches I know of accounted for.. I now have about 3 different spots with a 4 line type scratch. Ill take pics. Iykyk like if you claw something. Yes they're not responsible blah blah blah.. Hopefully I can get them buffed out... one day! But it still sucks because I've been in this situation before:/ with my previous, previous car. I'm familiar with the "car wash scratches!" I'm the type of person that will park furthest to be away from cars. It definitely was from here and I noticed immediately. No I did not make complaints. RUDE worker. Talks about clients behind their back. You pay for a service that you don't get. If you pay the $15.00, you expect tire shining. This service is not provided. The RUDE employee comes out to polish the tire manually with a brush for some customers not all. Though, this is convenient location, I would rather do the drive to Zaroo Express Car Wash. They give you a free drying towel with excellent customer service and newer car wash equipment. read more

Paid for the "Premium" car wash today. Nothing in that car wash happened any different than when I bought the the basic car wash. And the same brushes were inoperable, as they were when I was in two weeks ago. and I doubt they're maintaining their spot free rinsewater because my car spotted really bad after I went through needing to be re-washed. read more

I would come here all the time, but I went here today and the guy that's always working. There was very rude. I asked them if they still do the tire shine. He said that no we stopped. I was like when did you stop because I was here last week and they shined my tires and he said they didn't do it again And then while I was there, he was shining someone else's tires extremely rude. I've been to this Car Wash in the past, but the system and Service has really gone downhill. First of all, I'm not sure they're even using soft water cause the process left spots all over my car that I had to re-Wash to remove. Secondly, when I pulled in, I could notice several of the brushes were not intact and were only partially intact. Some of my wheels were clean others were not. I did pay for the most expensive wash they offered and was not at all happy with the outcome. Curious what their reply will be. read more

Do not go here unless you're willing to having property damage that will not be addressed. Subaru quoted me $767 for the repair. A previous review mentioned Luong said he wouldn't fix their damaged Kia because they're pieces of sh**. Wondering if he thinks Subarus are also pieces of sh** too. I am giving two stars instead of one because prior to today I have had good experiences here with good service, and the prices are reasonable. However, I was very upset about the service I received today. Usually there is someone at the entrance, but there wasn't today, and being that I've gone through the motions many a time, I already know about aligning the tires against the rubber and putting it in neutral. I did just that and patiently waited for the machine to pull my car in. I was wondering if I drove in a little too far, but it wasn't actually all the way in either. That's when I was approached by an older, disgruntled employee who told me to pull out and proceeded to lecture me about some yellow cone off to the side that apparently was supposed to be the most obvious thing in the world that I was supposed to stop there and wait for an employee. He copped a serious attitude, giving me a number of rude gestures whilst complaining that I missed my turn because of that. It seemed completely uncalled for and unprofessional being that A) HE, not I, but he, who works there, was not at his post to give proper direction, B) IDK where he got the idea that a yellow cone off to the side was the most obvious indicator to stop, or why he thought it gave him the right to lecture me. I told him too - that is NOT a stop sign. There are no signs anywhere. IDK why you think that's equivalent to a stop sign. Maybe if it was directly in the middle, blocking my entrance, but I've been to many car washes that are self service, and had no issue. He just shook his head at me, as if I was the one putting a damper on his day. I proceeded to follow his instruction to my car wash, and when I was done, I wrote this review, so that y'all can be forewarned about their customer service. read more

This place is horrible. It scratched the top of my previous car and because they changed ownership I gave it another shot (it's so close to me) but Noooo!!! Stay away. I took my brand new car and the owner got mad because I didn't want to get the more expensive wash- I wanted to keep it simple because of previous experience. Well...bad on me because my car had globs and globs of some yellow substance that I had to take off manually with a towel (and it wasn't easy)- and now seeing all the bad reviews and pictures I feel lucky to have gotten away with just removing gunk off and not missing pieces of my car. Worst service. Don't go to this place. Took my car, I paid for the Hot was shine $15. I don't think all the items of the wash were done as my came out with dirt. To top off when I told the attendant, he said the dirt is like that that I need to scrub it off!! I been to many car washes and never seen this before. Also, the vacuum strength is week. He barked instruction orders at me to align my vehicle properly and hit my car with his hands several times to make a point that he was the boss! Don't understand the issues. It's a Drive-thru car wash. If you want no damage, probably should pay more and go to a touchless car wash, a hand-detailing place or buy your own pressure washer. It's still dirty? Well if you pay the monthly, go through the wash again. I understand it's a pain, but It's a machine that handles multiple carsa day. Do not go here, my car is ruined!!!!!! When I went through the car wash, the car in front of me (at the end where it's being dried) was at a stop. We almost got close to hitting them. We were informed when cars get too close that the sensors are alerted and the cars stop. Well my car stopped and we heard a grinding noise. I thought something possibly happened to the bottom of the car. It wasn't till I went to buy hair supplies that I noticed all the scratches on the trunk of my car. I noticed some at the side as well. I called the owner and told him what happened and he informed us to come in. Now we met with a man named Mark (I am not sure if this was the owner) but immediately he claimed that their machine didn't do that. How soft the bristles are. I would like to take this moment to point out the other yelp reviews (some with photos to show proof). He was so rude, wouldn't look my daughter nor myself in the eye when we were speaking to him or him to us. Claiming they have 500 cars everyday and no one has issues. Well I hate to tell you Mark but your yelp reviews with photographic evidence shows otherwise. Basically they need to be reported to the BBB (which I will be doing) and I urge you to please do not take your car here. read more

Got the $12 car wash. First, I have to say that the attendant who came to my car was very rude. My gf and I were just discussing which car wash we should get and the attendant came and asked if we needed help in a condescending tone. After telling him we wanted to the gold wash, I handed him my card and he started to begin under his breathe with the last few words being "I don't get how that could've been hard for you, it's so simple" and he walked away. The 2nd attendant who directed us in the wash on sprayed down one side of the vehicle and then began the wash through the machine.
