[late post] I came here around 7pm in search for a graduation lei in mid-June. They only had one left, but I asked if they had any blue ones. The worker told me she'd be able to order it for me so I can pick it up the next day. The lei I received was beautiful and fresh for $40 and was a double lei instead of single. If I can give this place a zero star rating I would. I've been calling Joshua's flowers since Monday asking for specific flower and I was told every day when I called that the flowers would be in the next day. I finally received a text message this morning that the flowers were in on Friday, so I went to the flower shop. When I got there A confused woman who was working there told Me they didn't have the flower that I have been asking for. I showed her the text message with a man that I was communicating with that said that the flowers were not there. I was then told by her the flowers were at another shop in another city and they would arrive to this shop by 4 PM. These flowers were for an anniversary gift and if I had known that they wouldn't be able to get them I would have continued to look in other places but My anniversary is tomorrow and I am out of time. If you don't have a product, don't tell a customer that you can get it several days in a row and then text them that you have it and then not have it at the shop, Just be upfront and honest. read more

Excellent pricing, yes i know your use to heading to conroys flower shop seeing a nice set up with arrangements everywere. Well guess what...your paying for it so if you want good pricing at good volume then this place is it. These guys will rip you off and offer little help. Don't believe their 50% off pre purchase of valentine day flowers. They sold me two sets of flowers at $50 each and I called later asking if the discount was applied and they told me that it was because the flowers I got usually goes for $80 day of on Valentine's Day, which is still more than what I paid for. So when I came to pick up the flowers I saw the same flowers priced at $40! I asked if the flowers I got and the ones on display were the same and I was told that yes it was. When I asked why I got sold more expensive flowers and no discount applied they just said there was nothing they can do. They then tried to pass off that the flowers I got "had more flowers" than the ones they have on display it cost more?! I asked to speak to the owner but I would have to come later, on a already busy day. All of this is stealing. And false marketing. Don't bother coming here. read more

They just opened yesterday. Still working on decor but have lots of fresh and beautiful flowers. Hubby got me a dozen sunflowers which are not in season right now and hard to find. They have pre made bouquets or you can make your own. Overall good quality flowers and prices aren't bad. read more

I visited this shop 2 nights prior to Valentine's Day and there wasn't a crowd. I chose a bouquet with multiple flower types but I was displeased with the color of one of the flowers. The young lady kindly offered to switch it out for a different one. Customer service is key and she did well. I will return and refer in the future. read more

I'm all for supporting local small businesses, but something was a bit off. I called and specifically asked about graduation leis at the Long Beach location since a previous review mentioned a location mix-up. The man on the phone was friendly and said leis are $40. Great price, right? I arrived at the shop and 2 ladies were there, no greeting but I asked about leis and one lady was quick to help. She rang me up, took my card and asked me to sign. I didn't think to ask for pricing and she didn't confirm, but that's where I made a mistake. I got home and realized I definitely was not charged $40/lei. I called the # and spoke to the same man from earlier. I asked for pricing and again, he said $40 + tax if you pay with cc. When I told him my total was $108.25 for 2 leis, he conveniently switched it up and said he has 3 tiers of pricing at the LB shop, $40, $50, & $60, and I got the $50 leis. Mind you, the first time I called he confirmed the address and made no mention of this tiered pricing. $50/lei is still good, but I wouldn't come back here just because it felt kind of off. Just do your research and be diligent. Service was mediocre, leis were pretty though. read more

Josh did an amazing job getting a gorgeous vase of red roses, white roses and other flowers to my BFF on Christmas Eve. Called Christmas Eve Day to order (slightly last minute) and they were delivered within hours without issue.
