I was looking for a same-day flower wreath from my grandmother's services. I didn't want to order from an online business, and support a local shop. I ordered from 710 Flower Shop and was able to pick up my grandma's wreath the same day at 1pm. The wreath turned out way better than what was pictured online. All the guests were very impressed; we all felt that it was a high quality wreath. They did have to charge me $50 extra, but that was because the photo frame we used was bigger than what was expected online, so they had to use more flowers to accommodate. We did have some trouble hanging the photo on the stand, so we ended up using an extra easel from the funeral home, but that's ok, the overall arrangement was still beautiful. Workers were nice and easy to work with.

First, awesome that they're open on Sundays. It's how I ended up using them for the first time. Quality of flowers, excellent. 5/5. Value for the dollar, very good. 3.5/5. I've gotten more for my money elsewhere locally, but I've also gotten less for my money. The arrangement that they put together was very pretty. You won't be disappointed.

Disappointing Delivery and Quality of Flowers - 710 Flower Shop, Long Beach CA I am posting this to express my dissatisfaction with delivery and quality of flower arrangement I ordered for my wife on Sept. 10th, 2024. I placed the order two days in advance, on Tuesday evening, for delivery on Thursday morning to celebrate our anniversary. Firstly, despite paying a $20 delivery and tipping for a location less than 6.5 miles from the shop, the flowers were not delivered until after 3:00pm on Thursday afternoon. By 2:30pm, I had to call to follow up on the delivery, and my wife's workday ended at 3:30pm. this delay ruined the surprise, as I had hoped for her to enjoy the flowers throughout her entire workday. However, what was even more disappointing was the quality and size of the arrangement itself. I paid $200, expecting a beautiful and large bouquet, but when my wife sent me a picture, I was shocked! The card attached to the flowers was nearly the same size as the arrangement itself. To confirm this, I asked her to take another photo, this time she held the flowers next to a standard piece of paper. The bouquet was barely half the size of the paper, far smaller than what I had expected the price. This experience was extremely disheartening especially considering it was for such an important occasion. The combination of the late delivery and underwhelming quality left me very disappointed. Given the price I paid, I feel that both the service and product were not up to standard. Don't make the same mistake I did and ruin your important occasion. My husband recently bought me yellow roses from there, I instantly noticed the flowers were old and thin as if they had removed many peddles already, In just one day half of the roses were wilted and turning brown. He contacted them and they did take them back, he returned with a similar bouquet. Once again the roses have wilted in a matter of 2 days and all have brown spots. This is the second time this occurs. We will not be buying flowers from them again. read more

I am the rating from 1 to 3 Stars: I ordered flowers to be delivered for my cousin's birthday online & paid over $59 I chose a very pretty bouquet in a vase. Imagine my surprise when my cousin sent a photo of only 1/2 of a bouquet? They only put flowers in the front of the vase, the back was nothing but greenery! I called them today and I couldn't understand the first woman I spoke with; she put her co-worker, Carmen, on the phone because apparently she couldn't find my order. I offered them both the order number, but they didn't want it; and then she had the audacity to tell me she'd call me back because she had another call to take (even though I had called first. They have not returned my call...... I contacted Florists.com & they've only refunded my delivery charge; they did offer to send a new arrangement, but my cousin didn't want a second arrangement. UPDATE: My cousin, called the shop the next day & they referred her to Blanca, who is the manager, but wasn't in on the day I called. My cousin explained the problem to Blanca, who then read my review & saw the photo/ Apparently, Florists.com does not ask the customer if they want a Full or Front-Facing arrangement and just sends the order to the florist. So, 710, decided to make a Front-Facing arrangement (although I never did understand why). Blanca was really accommodating and she contacted Florists.com & had to go to to the top of the food-chain in order to get me a refund & explained to them that they were the ones that sent the incorrect information. Blanca also assured me that she was going to have a staff meeting a talk to her staff about the terrible customer service I received. So, if you decide to purchase flowers from them, I suggest you work with Blanca, because she is the one who'll get the job done correctly. read more

I notified CalJump of this cancellation more than 72 hours in advance and they still have yet to process my refund despite written confirmation that they had. I have tried contacting their business numerous times via call and text and have either been ignored or told that the manager would check on it. If you do purchase their services, be sure to pay with credit in the case you need to cancel your event. They will reverse the charges for you if CalJump does not honor their refund policy.

I called last minute Valentines day before they closed, Blanca was the nicest person that could have helped me that night. She even expedited my flower delivery knowing that other orders were backed up to the next day! She really did me a solid! Its was delivered that same night 1 hour prior to ordering over the phone. To me, this still reflects poorly on the business and I would not recommend placing orders for delivery through them. Here's the situation: I placed my order through fromyouflowers.com and they arranged my order using Ary's Flowers. Ary's made the initial delivery attempt on time but the recipient was not home. I spoke to the person trying to make the delivery and they did their best to try to reach someone through the locked gate. They knocked repeatedly and yelled for someone but were unsuccessful. I was on the phone with them while they did this and I appreciated all the effort that was made up until that point. They told me I could pay a fee for redelivery and that they would text me the shop's information so I could arrange it. That never happened. I looked up the number they called from and found that it was linked to Ary's Flowers. I made repeated attempts to contact the shop but nobody ever answered, or it went straight to voicemail. I called fromyouflowers and they assured me they sent a message to the shop for redelivery and it would be delivered the next day. That never happened. I called again the following day and again they reassured me it would be delivered. That never happened. I called again a 3rd day, they confirmed it would be delivered and THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I had to ask the recipient to stay home to wait for the delivery for 3 days for nothing! Keep in mind, this arrangement came with a card so they knew they were sympathy flowers. I understand they made the initial delivery attempt, but just because it was unsuccessful once, doesn't mean the order is now disregarded and void. Especially when you spoke to me and knew I wanted to arrange a redelivery. You wasted maybe 1-2 hours of time creating the arrangement and trying to deliver (they're located about 10 minutes from the recipient) while inconveniencing the recipient and myself for 3 days! So unprofessional to not follow up and let someone know if you did not plan to complete the order. I tried to request that they hold the flowers at the shop for pick up but fromyouflowers said it was not allowed. Had Ary's flowers answered the phone, this could have been arranged directly. Had they let fromyouflowers know they didn't plan to redeliver, the recipient wouldn't have wasted 3 days waiting for them! Terrible customer service! At the end, fromyouflowers tried to offer a 20% refund and redelivery to which I said hell no. I cancelled the order and had to apologize to my grieving friend. 5 minutes is all it would've taken to fix this. Follow up and follow through! Do better.
