EPIC MAGIC SHOW THAT POSITIVELY LEFT ALL MIND BLOWN! Started off with light and easy magic, that checked off every expected routine in a magicians checklist of magic tricks but with a refreshingly creative twist. But it all suddenly shifted into an unexpected dimension right after he asked a volunteer to come up and guzzle a can of coke. Then once finished he levitated the coke can and made it crinkle without touching it. The volunteer belched and suddenly there was a massive putrid gas that shook the whole room and left us all gagging. It smelled so bad. Suddenly the air around us rifted apart and a portal ( to a realm not unlike the one from Stranger things) rippled through the room plunging us all into a dusty dark room. I think it smelled like old socks and I had an urge to brush my tongue. A demigorgon appeared out of a dark maze of vegetation, lunging at the audience to feed.... but Josh stopped it in its tracks. He expanded a spoon out of his Indiana jones style satchel (not a man purse) until it was the size of a pan and catapulted it with a chunk of food through the demigorgons mouth. As the demon advanced forward it suddenly froze and began to bulge and convulse.... then let out a pitiful cry and exploded, showering us all in eggos! Yes that's right, eggos! The room blacked out and we awoke in the auditorium again. It was as if we all had went under a collective hypnosis. Josh snapped his fingers, grinned at the confused looks on our faces and said " yeah... that one's gonna be hard to explain in therapy but long story short, let's just glad that demigorgons can't digest eggos!" Without giving a moment to recover from the shock of fresh hell we just crawled out of, he spun around and pulled someone up on stage. And handed them a straight jacket! He said to strap his buckles in as tightly as possible... (as he claimed he was deeply disturbed by conspiracy theories about lizard men finally coming out of the earths mantle disguised as cult leaders to reclaim earth and that he was one tinfoil hat away from a rubber room). The volunteer proceeded to show us there was no way to escape and had the volunteer check to make sure all the restraints on the self hugging jacket was secure and to start the timer once he was strapped in. Then about 30 seconds in to the dance a swarm of monkeys throwing Chinese ninja stars leapt into the room just as Josh had finally shook himself free of the self hugging jacket! He said "fear not ladies and gents! Just some wild fans that are bananas over sold out box office tickets for my show!" He calmly distracted the monkeys with a fun dance number with "The Lion Sleeps tonight" ...including solving 3 Rubik's cubes behind his back in under 20 seconds each including his shorts and shirt which had scrambled up Rubik's cubes on them too!! The monkeys were so stunned when all three Rubik's cubes (including on shirt and shorts) were solved, such that they forgot they were mad and applauded along with the rest of us! Little did the monkeys know Josh had used hypnosis to make the monkey leader conga dance with his minions out to be beamed back up to their spaceship... after having received autographed bananas from Joshy K! With that ending performance he had single handedly saved us all from either a really terrible space monkey fever outbreak with furry paws, hairy scratchy butt cheeks and night sweats....or a very hairy future of monkey slaves, farming broccoli and plantain flavored smoothies in a distant planet of apes! Whichever hairy scenario it was we narrowly avoided, I'd buy a ticket to see Joshy K save humanity from a simian uprising all over again! read more

LIFE-CHANGING MAGIC - JOSHY K SAVED US ALL I came to Joshy K's magic show expecting a few sleight-of-hand tricks and maybe a rabbit or two. What I didn't expect was for him to single-handedly save humanity from utter annihilation. The show started innocently enough--card tricks, instant rubix cube moves, the usual. But when a massive portal opened in the middle of the stage, and a horde of interdimensional warlords spilled through, Joshy K didn't even flinch. While the audience screamed, he casually pulled a top hat from his pocket (yes, his pocket), reached inside, and yanked out Excalibur. With one elegant twirl, he sliced through the entire armada while calmly asking if anyone could verify that their card was, in fact, the six of hearts. It was. Then came the real magic. With a flick of his wrist, Joshy conjured a shimmering force field around the planet, blocking out a solar flare that NASA hadn't even warned us about. People outside the theater were weeping with gratitude, oblivious to the fact that only Joshy K's flawless execution of the "Disappearing Doomsday" trick had saved them. And just when I thought it was over, he did the most impressive feat of all: he sawed corporate greed in half, made world hunger vanish, and somehow pulled universal healthcare out of his sleeve. The crowd roared. I left the show with three extra years added to my lifespan and true peace on Earth. Highly recommend. Five stars. Would trust him with the fate of the universe again. read more

Josh K has such a fun and upbeat personality! The moment he entered the room I felt the whole atmosphere light up! I hired him for my niece's birthday party and both the kids and adults had a blast watching his magic. I definitely would highly recommend him and am considering on hiring him again in the future. read more

JoshyK was truly awesome. I didn't know what to expect when booking him for our daughter's 6th birthday and haven't used a magician before. He truly was totally enthralling for the kids and adults alike. The kids were engaged and so thrilled throughout the show. Though for my daughter and a kids party, it was super fun and interactive for the adults too. I'd happily book him again for any event - child or adult. Guests of the party still comment about it to me after the party and we're still wondering how he did so many of his tricks. I was looking for a covid-safe show for my wife's birthday and the show came to us! Joshy performed for my wife and my 3-yo daughter in a privatized space and he was amazing. We hired Joshy K to perform strolling magic at my father's 80th birthday party this past Sunday. He showed up 15 minutes early (it was about a 2 hour drive for him) and entertained about 85 guests, 15 of which were kids. The guests had a blast. His personality is electric and upbeat, which only added to the festive atmosphere. His magic wasn't cheesy, but pretty sophisticated, especially when performing for the adults.
