I have a monthly membership and have been coming for some time now…read more The staff is not very nice here but there's not much interaction which is ok. My problem is the number of vacuums that DO NOT work. They also do not routinely restock the cloths and refill the spray containers to clean your vehicle. To me, this is a necessity as I could easily switch to another car wash that does provide those things. Please improve the experience for your customers by making sure the vacuums are working properly and the supplies are maintained and restocked more frequently.

The attendant tried to upsell me to one of the more expensive washes and told me that if I purchased it that day, I would get unlimited car washes for the next 30 days. At no point did he explain that this was a recurring membership. I even specifically asked if it was a membership, and he told me it was not. A month later, I was charged for a membership I never knowingly signed up for. I went back to the location to ask about the charge. I didn't even want a car wash--I simply wanted to speak with someone. Instead of coming over to talk to me, the employee waved me through the gate and sent me through the wash even though I repeatedly said I didn't want one. Then, when I asked for a refund because I had been misled, I was handed a corporate phone number. Customer service at corporate was just as disappointing. I explained that I was told this was not a membership, but the representative refused to issue a refund because their system showed that I had "used" the membership that month. The only reason it showed as used was because the employee at the location sent me through the wash when I was there only to discuss the unauthorized charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone with more authority, and I was told there was no point because everyone would tell me the same thing. I wasn't even given the opportunity to escalate my concern. This entire experience felt incredibly misleading. I was told it wasn't a membership, charged anyway, and then denied a refund based on a car wash I never intended to use. Between the deceptive sales tactics, poor communication, and terrible customer service, I will never return and would not recommend this location to anyone.
