The customer service was horrible at first but then another sales associate helped us. I did find 2 pairs of shoes but after leaving the store I found that I was overcharged $30 for one pair. I called the store and the sales associate apologized and said she was crediting my card the original amount charged and then charged me for the correct amount. The charge for the correct amount appeared on my credit card but the refund never did. When I called about the refund the sales associate was rude and said it might take 30 days to show up on my credit card. The refund never showed up. When I called again the store sales associate said I could come to the store and view the refund receipt and basically hung up on me. The final result is that now I have been over charged twice. Be sure to check your receipt before you leave the store to make sure you were not over charged. read more

I have been going to Miroballi for as far back as I can remember (to the old location up the street, that is). This is far and away the best quality shoe store you can find in the Orland Park Area. You're not going to find a cheap quality (or priced) shoe. They are very picky about what they carry, and it is definitely worth it. Diane and the rest who work there make sure your every comfort is catered to. If they don't have a shoe in stock? No worries, they'll order it. If you're not in the area (much like myself)? No worries, they'll ship it. Maybe it's something they don't carry at all? No worries, they'll show you the manufacturer's catalog, and you can have it ordered for you! I come here every year to stock up on work shoes. As a teacher, I'm all about that comfort and quality. Even better? They have sidewalk sales if you know when to look, and you can typically score a pretty good deal. Definitely worth it if you're serious about your feet. read more

On Wednesday March 10,2021 my mother and I went to the Orland Park, Il. location at 230pm. We entered the store and we were not greeted by the two employees in the store. The store did not have any customers besides us and we were there for at least 20 minutes. The very mature looking (over the age of 60)employees a African American female and a Caucasian male never asked if they could help us; instead, we had to approach them for service and the female employee assisted us. Her customer service was horrible!!!! She initially stated she could not measure my mom feet due to Covid then proceeded to do so which was appreciated but she proclaimed my mom feet were 2 sizes larger than her actual size. The female employee while bringing out no more than three pairs of shoes acted as though we were getting on her nerves. She was not friendly and we felt uncomfortable in the store. Her energy felt negative. I proceeded to take a picture of the name of a shoe website so I could check into ordering the shoe online myself (since the store did not have much stock) and the sales lady stated I could not take a picture of the box or the shoe due to patent. I asked her to show me in writing the store policy noting I could not take a picture and she could not produce it!!! The store has lots of shoes on display but no inventory!!!!! The clerk finally claimed due to Covid their stock is low and the Spring collections are not in. I went home and ordered the shoe they had on display in the color and size I chose from Nordstrom!!!! Also, Nordstrom has free shipping and return. I highly recommend the staff get customer service training before the loose additional customers because after patronizing their store for over 30 years I will never shop at Miroballi's again. The store has a homey aura about it, with attentive and helpful staff that give you just the right amount of attention; they are always within earshot to help you find your size and try things on! You can tell that the owners and staff are experienced in shoes by the way that they teach you about each product and their respective features. Miroballi's offers both a male and a female assortment of shoes (both dressy and casual), as well as accessories for both genders. If you're looking for quality products matched with quality service, I would definitely suggest visiting! Even better: they offer a program to help get rid of your old shoes by donating them through a charity program they offer called "Share Your Soles." That way, you get new shoes, help out locally/ in third-world countries, and feel good about it as well! read more

My family are long time customers of Miroballi shoes. When my father passed away this week my mother needed comfortable, cute shoes for his wake and funeral. We arrived at 7:05 and the store had closed at 7:00. I knocked on the door and explained the situation to the lovely saleswoman who opened up the store to us so we could shop. She was so helpful and kind and her amazing gesture of letting us shop after hours was so appreciated during such a difficult week for our family. This is my second time visiting and hoping to find a great comfort shoe both times THUMBS down due to the customer service. First time, the woman did not give me time of day and today's visit I felt like the woman gave me the attitude it was her way or the highway. I felt she was getting very frustrated and not listening to my needs. I am mid 40's not 90 and she brought out these orthopedic old grandma shoes and told me for work and comfort that was my old choice. She shot down every shoe choice I showed her. I have style and money and would of purchased several shoes if I only had help. Don't tell me you have 3 shoe choices for me to pick from. If I am spending over $100 for a pair of shoes I expect to be helped not booted out the door after only 10 minutes of looking. The store has nice shoe options but the help stinks. I came to this store with my husband and his mom, on her recommendation. I saw a DSW on the way, but she convinced me to give it a try. I was SO glad I did. This is a full-service shoe shop, a dying breed. So, you'll have an attentive sales person who will help fit you and help put on the shoes. It's really nice. Their selection revolves around "comfort" brands, and they have both men's and women's shoes. So, you'll find things like Clarks', Tom's, Ugg's, and my personal favorite Fly London. (The men's selection is different - I think they had Clark's, Ecco's, and also some dressier shoes.) I tend to have a wide foot, and it was great how many things fit me. You'll find casual shoes as well as dressy, but if you're looking for glittery stilettos, this is not your place. Glittery Uggs they had, though. There's also a selection of handbags and jewelry, but for me the draw was the shoes! read more

Was shopping at this store for many years, today had a terrible experience with the sales person, she was extremely unpleasant, seemed to be bothered with simple questions, and when I saw 3rd pair of shoes that I liked and asked her if she has it in my size, she was angry, said "do you see any other shoes that you want to try once, I have to go up the stairs to get it for you" and that i should have common courtesy. I have never met a more rude sales person in my life, did not buy anything, and never going back, it was an absolutely terrible experience, especially in the store where you're you pay over $100 for a pair of shoes :(. I discovered the Wheaton store at the old location. I would walk by thinking "they would never have shoes to fit my big feet". One day I finally went in to look at the pretty heels. Little did I realize that they carry nice looking realistic shoes too! After buying several pairs I decided to go check out the other store. What a pleasant surprise! I love the Orland Park store more. Sure it's a little bit of a drive but it can be a scenic trip along Rt 355 to Mannheim road. I shopped Miroballi for years when they were in their previous location never leaving with less than 3-4 pairs of shoes per visit. Since I am "hard to fit" when I find shoes that fit I tend to buy several pairs. Unfortunately, I have an extremely wide foot and I've found since they are in their new location they either no longer carry extra wide or they just don't want to be bothered dealing with someone with my dilemma.
