They had me circle my areas of focus (shoulders, head, and lower back) and preferred pressure level, then walked me to the room. Each room is separated by drapes, and are equipped with a floor mat, pillows, small basket for personal items, and a shirt/pants to change into. My massage therapist was Rayna. I didn't realize that she would ONLY massage my focus areas for 99% of the entire 90 minutes LOL. Most places I've been to usually dedicate 20-30 minutes to focus areas and then continue with a full body massage, but my front side, arms, and legs were barely touched. A little disappointed... But maybe if you REALLY want a targeted massage this is better for you. The massage was mostly with her hands, and very little back-walking, which I prefer.
