Love it when I'm the only one that the associates have to focus on. :) The store is neatly organized. A lot of shoe sizes available that fits your needs. There's shoe sales on clearance too on the very back of the restaurant. Famous Footwear is an amazing store, can guarantee that and have an awesome quality shoes compared to Payless, Walmart, or Marshalls next door.

It's easy to see that he loves the products they sell. I took my daughter in to get her first pair of Airs (Air Jordan's). Everyone was a great and greeted us with a smile. She had one pair already picked out but I lucked out and she selected another pair that were substantially cheaper. The place isn't huge but if you're in the area and you have kids that need to try on the shoes for sizing I definitely recommend this location inside the Yuba Sutter Mall. Of course if you need shoes not offered in the store they'll place an online order for you. My highest recommendation!

She pulled up my receipt on the computer, and then told me she would put the pair in the back with my name on it on a forty eight hour hold. I went in today with my pair of jeans in hand and went to the counter.They found the other ones in the back and then proceeded to tell me they could not do that. Unfortunately, Karrie was not there and Danny helped me. He was very unprofessional and just kept saying, oh, sorry, we can't do that, but have a good day... I explained to him multiple times the situation, and that I drove from Oroville to pick up the jeans, Karrie had put in the back. he proceeded to tell me, "oh, we can't do that. They've been worn." I said, I know that. And so did she because obviously they were purchased over four months ago, and because they were torn is the reason we are exchanging them. Karrie had specifically told me that since it was under a year, they could just exchange them right there. And whether she was right or wrong, although she is a manager, was not the point, it was the point that that is what she had told me and I drove all the way to Yuba City to exchange them. Sad part is there was no "I'm sorry or maybe we could just at least give you a discount if you want to purchase other ones since she told you wrong. Et, cetera. Where has customer service gone?

Mall's are dying all over the country but it's nice to see one thriving. Yuba City and the surrounding communities are lucky to have this spot.

The person on duty was fairly old possibly in her late 50s to early 60s. She definitely needs to go back to remedial customer service training.
