We've used this lot a few times and let me tell you, they're cheap, fast and efficient, but that's about it. The shuttles are so cramped and crowded, they literally shove everyone in until there's absolutely no space left and u can't even move so there's ppl standing with no bars to hold on to. If you're lucky to get on first, then it's cool, but get ready to get your face smashed by someone's behind. We've parked our car Dec 25, 2022 - Jan 5, 2023. On Dec 4 the car alarm went off (I was notified through the app). I've called the parking, tried to reach the manager, no success, left the message, never received a call back. Called the reservations, they re-directed me to the same number where no one picked up. When we came to pick up the car, we found it with the sign fallen on it and scratched. The worst part was when I notified the parking employees, they right away told it was not their fault and they have nothing to do with it. Will proceed with the insurance company. 24 hour service, friendly staff. Shuttle is available pretty frequently...my longest wait has been 7 minutes to airport. I love the valet at no extra charge!! I never have to worry about losing my keys!! Great value, I use them every time I fly out of SJC. Btw, book through their website, if you use Way or another app, a percentage is taken from joy park. At 6.99-7.99 a day, it's an awesome deal and I'd rather they get 100% of the fee read more

Usually I have left very good reviews for joy parking But last night 9/30 they dropped the ball. First it took me three calls to get someone to pick up if it were 4 o'clock in the afternoon not that big a deal. But we took a late flight getting in after 11:15pm. And didn't want to have to dial it more than once. Then when they did pick up we got disconnected I finally got a person on the line and told them where I was I was in the A terminal in SJC which is the first pick up spot. They said they were be there right away. Now they are about 1.5 mikes from the airport. So there is no way that it should take 27 minutes to get picked up. But that's how long I was waiting at 11:40 pm! But there were already people waiting for five minutes at least! That's 32 minutes. !! I can definitely walk 1.5 miles in 32 minutes never mind drive it. Again , if this happens at 6 pm. , I can deal with it, but after a five hour flight from the east coast after 11:30 pm-- not good! Can't blame traffic it was 11:30 PM! Then to add insult to injury, I banged the shit out of my head as I departed the bus as there were no lights in the van as we departed. If I am going to give a great review, I am going to tell them when they were not up to par. At this point not sure I'm going to use them in three weeks when I travel again ( usually fly once a month ). We will see. And btw I am not a competitor. I am a customer! read more

We parked here before - both times the wait for the shuttle was very long - not great when you have little travelers (or even us big travelers after flying all night!) but not a deal breaker. However, I just picked our car up (after waiting over an hour to be picked up at airport) it was covered in dust and smudged with what looks to be plaster. AFTER leaving I discovered that our brand new car now has a cracked mirror - and nobody informed us of the damage at the time of pick up. We were half way home when I noticed the damage. I called and was told to call back after 12pm to speak with a manager. I DO NOT recommend parking here - I will update if they are able to handle this situation professionally but I am doubtful this will be easily resolved. Very disappointed and frustrated. We used their service for quick weekend flights(Sat early morning - Sun evening) Reservation : We did reservation online about week back, For 2 days (technically 1 day 15 hours) outdoor parking we paid 25 $ (8.99$/day + 7$ tax!) Reservation was smooth. Full refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance. Drop off : Upon arrival, we showed our reservation, Toll guy put giant number on our car and asked us to park right in the front. We submitted our car keys(they then drove our car to tight parking spot based on our arrival date) and in return got car key claim check and instruction paper for pick up. Shuttle (probably it was 10 seater) was already waiting for us. Not much walk from car to shuttle (we had two big check-in bags and a stroller, so even this distance mattered!) Although they claim, they are right beside airport, it still took about 10 minute to get to the airport via shuttle. Driver was nice and asked each of us flying airline and dropped us off right in front of it's gate. Pick up : We called as soon as we were at the gate. Toll guy asked if we are still at airport (we lied) and then started walking towards parking lot (SJC has nice signboards on where you need to head to for taking the shuttle). We still had to wait about 10 minutes or so. Once shuttle came, driver checked our car claim check and gave it's number over walkie-talkie. This helps in bringing car back to easy front spot. Overall we were very happy with their service. Easy reservation, easy parking, not much wait for shuttle. Few Tips : 1. When reserving, add few hours to your scheduled arrival time of your flight. During reservation they anyway apply daily fees, so adding few hours wouldn't increase the cost. However it will help you if your flight is delayed by couple of hours as they charge for extra hours (First extra hour : free, 2nd : 3.24$, 3rd : 6.24 $, 4th : full day) 2. Don't leave any valuables in the car. You will be handing over your keys (even for outdoor self parking) 3. Driver will handle the luggage in/out of shuttle, so bring some cash for tip. 4. Upon returning, as soon as you are out of plane, call them as it usually takes 10-20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. 5. Both terminals have separate shuttle pick up spot, so don't walk unnecessarily between terminals. read more

[AGGRESSIVE SHUTTLE BUS DRIVER] I was dropping my sister and brother in law off at SJC today and they were almost hit by this shuttle bus while taking their bags out of the back of my car. The driver was so aggressive, he started to pull out from the curb and started honking at us and revving the bus aggressively. There wasn't enough room to pull out, it's tight there in departures. He got so close to my car I thought he was going to pin my [pregnant!] sister to it! I don't suggest using this service, aggressive and unsafe drivers. read more

Our car was weirdly damaged when we picked it up yesterday at 11:30 p.m.: the driver's side door latch unbolted (three bolts cleanly removed) and latch mechanism damaged. Not an attempt to break in, as could only have been done with the door open. We had to tie the door shut to drive the car home. Staff was pleasant, said they'd talked to manager and manager would call us at 10 next day. No call. Just called to ask, they said manager not available, will call us Monday. Meanwhile, my car is not drivable at all, and no idea how this will get addressed. I'll update this review if there's any progress. Meantime, I'm appalled. read more

This is our second time parking at this lot. Although i though this place was called something else before. We got there on a Tuesday afternoon and the lot was pretty packed, only one spot left in the area we were directed to go, which is the right side as soon as you pass the gate. There was a short wait for the shuttle and we were dropped off within 15 minutes of our arrival. On our return, the pick up took longer, I would say a total of 10-30 minutes. I think our arrival time was during peak hours. And by the time the shuttle arrived at the pick up spot of 11, there were barely enough room for the 5 of us. We didn't want to wait for the next shuttle so we opted to sit on the long bench meant to hold the luggages. Glad it was only a short ride. Drivers were polite and helpful. read more

This place is one of the cheapest and they do have good customer service. The airport shuttle was ready to go and we left as soon as I parked. There is an app to request a ride when you land back at the airport which can be a bit glitchy but did its job after waiting for 10-15 minutes. Be forewarned! Poor Customer Service and Rude Employees. I chose Joy Park Fly, as it has convenient location to SJC. And being that I was coming from Fremont the price seemed about equal to the cost of Uber or Lyft for the amount of days I would need to park. Unfortunately, I was wrong due to a "Bait & Switch" SCAM! I ended up having to pay an additional day, due to my plane being delayed and I did not get back to the parking lot in the time that I had estimated on Way.com when I made the reservation. In addition, when I booked my reservation through Way.com, I received a confirmation email for my parking at Joy Park Fly. In the email it had the address and instructions for both dropping off your car & when you arrive back at the airport to catch the shutter back to the parking lot. The instructions are not correct. So when I arrived at the airport and waited at the shuttle pick-up spot (#2) listed in the email confirmation no shuttle came. I had to call and ask, "when will the shuttle arrive?" to which I was then told that I was not at the correct location. "What? Really? that is what it says in the email I received." The man on the phone told me I need to go to pick-up spot #11. Then the man, in a rude tone asked, "Didn't you read the instructions on the back on the parking tag?" "No I said, I was not told to read the back of the parking tag." I then had to walk just shy of a quarter mile, to reach #11. Then call back again to let him know I was there. After about a total of 35-40 min, I finally arrived back at the parking lot. I then told the cashier about the incorrect instructions in the confirmation email, to which, in a very rude and disrespectful tone, the man blamed me for not reading the back of the parking tag. He then also told me that since I did not pick up my car at the time on the reservation that I NEEDED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL DAY FEE! That is "Bait & Switch!" When I made the reservation I paid in full and now he demands that I pay an additional day fee? What a SCAM!!!! So unless you enjoy rude service and being scammed I highly recommend you stay far away from this business! read more

This lot seems smaller than FNS however, i have no complaints. Service was excellent.... the driver was pleasant, they have a decent waiting area with a small fridge that has free bottled water for the customers. When you pick up your car, you call ahead to give them your tix number so by the time you get to the spot, your car is ready. read more

Perfect! Flawless. Joy is a great name for this business. I was a bit hectic when I arrived due to my own poor timing. They basically told me to park anywhere and to get on the shuttle so that I could catch my flight. It was totally uncomplicated and when I returned it was just as simple and easy. I called to be picked up form the airport at about 830pm and they arrived within 10 minutes. Not bad for a last minute arrangement!! Beware! I used joy park over the weekend to park my car. I left my car keys with the valet as instructed. When I got my car back, someone had gone through the glove box compartment of the car. Some small items from my glove both were thrown on the passenger seat and all the emergency cash (over $200) that I keep in my glove box was stolen! Completely unprofessional service. Do not park your car here. Edit: I've since spoken to the manager at Joy Park, who apologized and made it right by sending me a reimbursement. Management seems professional and took responsibility which I really appreciate. But I would still be weary about leaving anything in your car. read more

I opted for the covered valet parking, prepaid in full. I left for 4 days and upon my return was told that I have an old ticket and that they could not locate my keys. I assured the shuttle driver that this was indeed the ticket they gave me and that I have never valeted my car with them before. When we arrived to the parking lot, one of the valet drivers took a minute to find my key although I could see it clearly immediately. The other thing I found immediately was my car sitting outside of the parking booth, not 20 feet away from where I dropped it off to them, bathed in sunlight and bird poop. Love this place, ez to use. Many parking options from valet, to self park, to indoor. Easy and cheap to find online for booking and payment. I have used EZ Park Fly a dozen times and have always had positive experiences. The drop off/pick up from airport is very fast. They 9 times out of 10 have a van ready to take you to and from airport, which is only 3 minutes away. AND the van is all Electric, so no tailpipe emission, you are saving the world when you use EZ Park Fly! The only thing to make this a 5 star experience would be to have a car wash option. If I could come back to a clean car in and out, maybe even fill the tank! Oh My, I might just fly to get my car cleaned. I would really feel like a VIP if they offer that service. I have previously parked my car here with no issues and it is affordable. More recently I left my car here for a full week for a little over $100, definitely not bad price wise. However upon picking up my car my windshield was cracked from the upper right corner to the left bottom corner, which was not there when it was dropped off. I went back, filled out a form and was told I would get a call back - which I have not. I know they will say they aren't liable but there's no reason in my mind why I paid to end up with a windshield I now need to replace if my car was parked safely in the first place. However shuttle experience was slow and seemed not to care about which parties arrived to shuttle area first, picking people at random on who gets to ride back to the parking facility. After having to what felt like beg for a position on the shuttle ride back to the facility, we managed to get only one person of our 4 person party to ride and retrieve our car, to then pick us up at the shuttle station back at the airport. Better off taking an Uber or Lyft with the amount of time wasted at the stop, but book them if you don't mind waiting 45-50 minutes after baggage claim. read more

The workers left my windows down and bird droppings all over the front seat and sun roof open. I sent an email but no response. I had a great experience here. I was very late to my flight and Daniel heard my problem and immediately began to problem-solve. He parked my car to the side, pulled up a van, and got me to the terminal in 4 minutes. These kinds of employees are rare these days. So I appreciate Daniel very much. Upon arrival, the shuttle took 6 minutes to pick me up. My car was already reversed parked at entry and waiting for me. I checked my odometer and it was the same exact mileage as when I left it. Do not use this parking lot! Sketchy operation. Your car will be damaged. They do not park your car in individual parking spots. They ram them all together in a large lot inches from each other. My car was damaged while parked at the San Jose location. It appears another car clipped the front left quarter panel. When I tried talking with the manager or owner about the damage I was given the runaround and no return phone calls. Had to claim insurance with $500 deductible. read more
