I went in with healthy, voluminous hair and left with severely damaged and brittle strands. Nely was the stylist who worked on me and I believe she left the bleach on for far too long . I even remember my hair falling out during the process. I had a balayage done in March 2025 and ever since people have asked me what happened to my hair. It's been incredibly disheartening. My hair has lost all its volume and health. I'm now taking biotin supplements, using high-end products and hair masks and trying everything possible to reverse the damage. The emotional toll has been real and I'm considering cutting my hair very short or spending thousands on extensions I never even wanted. I genuinely regret going through with this appointment. When I mentioned my appt and the services I was expecting, the stylist looked at me as if I was crazy, stating they don't do waxing there. I showed her the app with my appt time. She then proceeded to tell me they don't do online/ app appointments. She then called Diego, who also stated to her that they don't offer waxing or use an online booking service. If you need to get stocked up on hair supplies, she carries some products you can purchase. She double checks with you before proceeding on your hair service especially if you are planning drastic hair changes. Mollie was so welcoming and kind, and arrived promptly at the scheduled time even though she had to deal with the difficult Los Angeles traffic during a busy afternoon. She brings everything that is needed for the haircut, so it was a really quick and convenient setup at home. She was very patient and detail-oriented when cutting hair and made sure to perfect the shape and length to get the long bob-length haircut my mom asked for. I also prioritize how comfortable the stylist makes their clients feel when choosing the right one--Mollie has a very gentle, sweet demeanor that makes clients and customers feel at ease. I found Mollie online. When I spoke with her on the phone she was extremely kind and asked all the right questions about the environment where my bosses wife lived. Mollie was flexible with her schedule and very accommodating. After the first appointment, my boss said that he was happy with Mollie and that she did a great job and that his wife felt very comfortable with her. All very important points for somebody who is homebound. Mollie is now the regular hairstylist for my bosses wife and goes there every few month's to styler her hair. I find her prices to be very reasonable for the mobile service that she does.
