I visited a few weeks ago and Ale cut my hair. I really liked that she washed, cut and styled my hair with confidence, finesse and was pretty quick with it. Sometimes I have my hair cut and the hairdresser takes forever. Anyways, I loved the way she cut my hair. She kept me informed and asked me questions as to how I wanted my hair, i.e. length, style, part, bangs... I loved the products she used to cut wash my hair as well. Honestly, my mom and I have come here in the past and it was nice to come back and get my cut and style here again after so many years. I give this salon a big Zero!, for their poor service. My mom had an appointment, and Mrs. Licha was behind schedule, she asked my mom to wait and wait. I've been coming to see Licha for many years. She always does good work on my hair, is pleasant to talk to, and I feel like the prices are reasonable. She's been here for 30 years, so I feel like that speaks for itself. Licha is the only one who has cut and dyed my hair, but I've gotten my hair styled by a couple of the other girls and they've done good work too. I love this little place so much that I've used them to style my hair for dates, fancy parties, my engagement photos, my wedding (including some of the ladies in my wedding party), and my graduations. I always get a lot of compliments on my haircuts, dye, hair styles, etc. If you decide to come here make sure you make an appointment and remember that it's cash only. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The owner charged me $52 for a basic trim. Normally, other places wash and condition your hair before cutting. She didn't even wash my hair or put anything in my hair. Instead, she just straightened it quickly and started cutting away. She seemed to be rushing through my hair cut. None of the other salons I've been to have ever charged that much for a basic trim. Another lady that works there told me it was going to be $35, which is reasonable, and that's the price I was ready to pay, but then at the end they ended up charging me more. $52 is way too overpriced for what i got and I'm not usually one to complain. A few people I know have warned me about the owner and how she rips people off, and now I really regret not listening to them. Don't waste your money or time coming here because they'll just rip you off and over charge you!! read more

I've Been coming here for a year or so to take my two little boys to get a haircut . I love it there the ladies are all so nice and welcoming. I love how they try to make my 2 toddlers happy when getting hair cuts especially because they always tend to get a little impatient during a cut . Since the whole pandemic they started taking temperatures at door and make you sanitize hands . I always see the ladies making sure everything is wiped down and sanitized. I always get someone different that cuts their hair but their always so nice . Thank you girls for the great costumer service my boys love getting their hair cuts here. read more

We have been coming here for a long time now, it's upsetting that because you have a lot of hair, your looked at wrong and don't feel welcomed because it's a "lot of work" whether it takes 30 minutes or 3 hours to do your hair, everyone should be treated the same! I normally would have given this place a four star. Not today the professionalism here is unreal. Most of the stylist there seem to not love what they do and are very rude and lazy. Second I had an appointment at ten I got there at 9:50am waited untill 10:30am. the stylist who I was supposed to see was taking her sweet time with the previous client. They book appointments on top of appointments and expect you to wait that's bs that's why there called appointments. I will no longer be coming here or recommending this salon. read more

horrible salon! i don't even think these women have a cosmetology license. i asked carmen for a trim and she chopped my hair off. i ended up paying over $500 to fix my hair by getting extensions. never come here! save yourself! oh and mari cut my daughters hair horrible! i have reported this salon already to the state board of cosmetology. read more

Do Not Go Here! The ladies do a horrible job. Only Licha herself does a good job, but she only tends to her "regular" customers. I waited an hour for someone to cut my hair and she was just standing and talking to one of the other hairdressers. Also VERY overpriced. Especially for the quality they do. The last straw for me was when I took in a picture of SPECIFICALLY what i wanted to be done with my hair. I asked the lady if she could do it and she assured me she could and she had done it multiple times. BULL. She ended up cutting of 8 inches of my hair, thinning it so i barely could put it in a ponytail, and gave me the most botched up bangs ever. I ended up crying when i got home and did not want to go out in public. It took over a year for my hair to return to the length it was before her hack job. I have never and will never set foot in that place again and you shouldnt either! read more
