He is the worst groomer and customer service representative I've ever encountered. I will not be going back to PetSmart even for products because of him. He obviously has NO TRAINING and needs to be fired. He startled my dog at check-in with another dog checking out instead of waiting until, or asking us to move our dog out of the way, which stressed my dog for the rest of the appointment; which he didn't even complete...$81 later. We asked that my dog's face be shaved as it has always been done, (beard gone, she is a mini schnauzer) he shaved her eyebrows, eye lashes, nose etc and left her ears! Read her notes from past groomers! Or ask when in doubt! In what world is this ok?! He said she was matted. All over and shaved her to the skin. There are even nicks on her and some parts of her, like her front legs and ears have long hair. I brushed her every day to make sure she was not matted; just ready for her regular grooming. I could go on and on. His defense was "he has to protect his job" . He argued and to kept saying under his breath he's been abused and not appreciated all day. We always tell the groomers our dog doesn't like her nails ground and is sensitive about her mouth and feet being messed with and they always say they will do what they can. Sometimes she nips and they have told me and they note it but tell me it's fine. They were warned. Sometimes she is ok with them touching her. It depends on who and the situation. Fred said she is aggressive and was aggressive with other dogs and very stressed out and all the groomers put it in their notes. If that were true, she never would have been allowed back for the last 5 years! In fact, whenever I would pick her up from PetSmart, they would tell me what a sweetheart she is.

I wanted his blessing to be able to help socialize their cats too. i told him Drew [asst mgr] wanted Humane Society to send him proof and asked if Josh had done so; he said he recognized me as a shopper and that he had no problem letting me go in the cat adoption area unsupervised. yeah!!

I dropped my babies off with Gigi this morning, and she listened to all of my "instructions", and asked me several questions. My labradoodle loves everyone, but my Bichon doesn't, so I am always more concerned about her. When I picked them up this afternoon they looked GREAT. Gigi had followed my instructions to a T! She even spent extra time to help my labradoodle to get used to the hair dryer (he had a bad experience at a groomer before and tends to go crazy when being blow dried). Well the extra time paid off and he wasn't afraid. Gigi also had my Bichon cuddling up on her and giving her kisses! This dog does NOT do this with people she hasn't known a long time! In addition, you know you are getting good customer service when you're asked to make sure if there is anything you are 100% satisfied with, to let her know, and come back and she will fix it! Overall, a great experience... and we have found a new "stylist" for the pups!!!

We ended up trying a different brand per the owners suggestion (they gave us free samples to try before we purchased) and our dogs loved it. We went back and bought a 25lb bag of the new brand of dry food for just over $50 (we were paying $41+ for the other brands 12lb bag at Petsmart). I'm so glad we found Texas City Feed & Supply!

They have a good size ball python in the middle of the store in an enclosure that is far too small with poor husbandry. No place for it to hide so it say coiled right in the middle, practically filling the entire tank. I asked if the enclosure was permanent or temporary and was told it was temporary but that's hard to believe when they have a bundle deal for you to purchase the snake with the enclosure. A ball python of that size requires at least a 4x4x2 enclosure.
