The woman who helped me was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I told her I liked the thickness and overall shape of my eyebrows and just wanted to tidy them up. Unfortunately, I did not like the outcome of my brows. She thinned them down and I left still with hair in between my eyebrows. No one wants to leave with totally different eyebrows than they wanted. My take away is that if you've never tried "sugaring"- just stick with waxing.
