I also noticed that the self-service drink station would be difficult, if not impossible, for many wheelchair users to access comfortably. A few changes to the layout would make the restaurant much more welcoming and accessible for people with a variety of mobility needs. For example I beta tested the Kentucky Fudge Pecan Pie in a baby sized cup and found that I love it! I also reaffirmed that I have zero allergic reaction to pecans. Furthermore, I discovered that pie crust bits in ice cream are flipping fantastic and something I will include in my extensive list of things I am thankful for come this November's Turkey holiday.
