I opted for the supreme gumbo and it was absolutely amazing. Perfectly seasoned with a nice balance of shrimp, sausage, and chicken. They now have their own stand-alone restaurant, complete with a nicely decked out patio. They still have lots of menu options, but we were here for the gumbo! This was the most confusing eating experience I've ever had. Supreme's gumbo looked like the perfect bowl of Louisiana heaven: nicely colored roux, all the expected floaties like shrimp, chicken, sausage. Nevertheless, the first bite provided nothing but disappointment. The gumbo tastes nothing like gumbo--maybe missing file and even missing some parts of the trinity! What gives? Anyway, we may come again for some of the other items, but their namesake will disappoint anyone who knows Louisiana gumbo. :-(

However, if you crave a sweet bite and this food truck is in front of you, I say go for it. Fun tip: my buddy tells me that most food trucks are not allowed Downtown because of an ordinance against cooking with propane tanks on the roads (probably for security reasons.) Frosted Betty is one of the few trucks you might see closer to your office since it does not require baking on-board.

I can't tell you my thoughts on price point as I wasn't around for payment but the end product was very tasty. My only complaint is although the idea is fun that it's a crumbled up cake in an awesome little cup with a kid...the crumbliness was hard to eat and kinda made a mess. But that's my only hesitation with these cupcakes.
