I noticed the customer service for everyone coming in the store was consistent, and appreciated. Seeing them help an elderly woman get her coffee and take a seat. The specific location is doing a fantastic job. Loved that they've updated the store so it looks super modern. My poppyseed bagel was lovely and fresh toasted to perfection. Perfect amount of cream cheese and as always the hazelnut coffee is the best. Bravo!
