They are letting my dogs suffer for no reason. Never have your offspring run an office for you as…read morehe is THE PROBLEM. The office is horribly run and they will withhold care just so you have to come in as emergency visit which is $$$$ instead of a regular visit. They hold refills on prescriptions hostage and let your animal suffer for days/weeks as a power trip and so they can get as much money from you as possible. They'll kick you while you're down and make simple things a nightmare for you and your dog. First, they argued about writing an annual rx for apoquel without an office visit- which my dog has been n for 9 years and they had just done an annual exam so to require another visit fee for an expiating prescription is unnecessary - then they gave me the wrong eye drops when I went to refill and caused my dog pain and days of discomfort and could have caused serious problems and it took another office visit to get sorted out- then My dog was on antibiotics and needed another round and they refused and insisted on me paying another emergency visit and I spent 5 hours waiting to be seen the first time I went in and left without being seen at 6pm. Then had to bring him back another day to be seen. After two weeks of antibiotics he still wasn't fully healed so I asked for refill and They insisted that he needed to be seen AGAIN (so now 3x to the office and 2 $$ emergency visits) and said he needed to be sedated and have wound opened up- this was not the case as I took him to another vet and they refilled the antibiotics and it healed within days. He did not need surgery. It would have been $$$ and not necessary to open him up and then when i expressed my dissatisfaction of being left without care and antibiotics after a week of trying and expressed my concern that my dog was suffering unnecessarily I was told to never come back - and they withheld my other dogs prescription medication as punishment. I had called everyday for over a week asking to be seen- now they said I was bothering them too much by following their directions and calling at 7am asking for cancellations -so my dogs are being punished for me being concerned and trying to get them care- its maddening and gaslighting They should be ashamed I also know a vet that left this office because of the management. Spend your money elsewhere where they care about you and your pet and not about Legos and egos

It seems to have gone downhill. You're sent to a room and then they take your animal out of the…read moreroom for examination. The information you tell them seems to be skewed on the paper work. Always asking for money down. When your pet is staying the night for medical assistance, when they call for the well check, they ask for more money down or for what the current balance is. Always sends you emails to buy stuff from them. When I made the appointment and then I came in for my appointment, the technician seemed confused on what I was exactly doing there. she thought I was leaving my pet. I clarified that we need to find out what is wrong with him. I drive a long distance to bring my pets here cuz of the what used to be good care and decent prices. But now I'm second guessing my choice. I never write reviews good or bad, but that have crossed some lines with me at this point. And when it's a member of your Family, it tends to make you more emotional anyway. Im not sure I will bring any of my fur babies back. I definitely need a cooling off period.

Was told I could not schedule a follow up appt but they would call to set one up but never heard from them. For the amount of money I spent I don't think there's any excuse. They are horrible about communication and follow. If I could put no stats I would.
